AESTHETICS
aesthetic concerns what is considered beautiful. it defines a person's entire presence - including music, art, fashion style, etc. - and consists of and is often stereotypical. eg: art hoe, baddie, kawaii pastel, etc.
they are an individual's taste, it's mainly a way to classify people according to taste. you may not fit into any aesthetic category or fit into multiple, that's completely normal. they matter because they help us and others know more about ourselves. instead of pointing out every separate thing you like, it's compiled into an aesthetic.
something is "aesthetic" when it fulfills the qualities of an aesthetic, or is just pleasing nice to look at, it is a particular taste for or approach to what is pleasing to the senses.
the word aesthetic can be used like this:
