Smoke and Rain[Seungjin]

You could hear the sound of water droplets falling from the sky as they make their way onto the concrete ground.

Hyunjin sat under the small hooded shelter outside of a convience store, smoking cigarettes as usual.

He was stuck there as he didn't bring an umbrella, nor could he buy one as he had forgotten his wallet.

He sighed and shivered as the weather felt very cold. His hair was slightly wet due to the fact he ran in the rain just now.

The only comfort he had now was the light from the store and his cigarettes.

Then a figure has appeared beside him and he felt as if the person was staring at him.

He looked up to see a boy, holding up a pastel blue umbrella looking at him, as if he was reading the him.

"You shouldn't be smoking."the umbrella boy said. "It's bad for your health."

"who even are you to tell me what to do. Leave me alone, you know nothing."

" Smoking is bad for your lungs. It causes you to die faster than it should."

"Great. Another reason for me to continue smoking." Hyunjin rolled his eyes.

Both boys remain silent as one still stood there while the other sat on ground continuing to inhale the smoke.

"Why are you here anyways, why sit here on the floor while the weather is cold." The boy with the umbrella asked.

"Does it look like I have an umbrella? Heck I didn't even bring my wallet today." Hyunjin shot back.

The boy just stood there and hummed, before heading into the convienece store.

Hyunjin sighed with relief, thinking that the boy had finally left him alone.

Soon, the sound of the bell when the door happened was heard and the same boy had returned, but with two umbrellas this time.

"Here," the boy gave the newly bought umbrella to Hyunjin.

He opened his own umbrella before he looked back to Hyunjin.

"That's enough cigarettes for a day, get home safely." The boy stated.

Before the boy left he turned back once more, "The name's seungmin." He smiled.

Hyunjin look up again to see the boy still standing at the spot, as if waiting for an answer.

"Hyunjin."

"It was nice to meet you Hyunjin." The boy gave one last smile before walking off on his own way.

Hyunjin continued to stare at the boy until he disappeared from his sight, before looking back to the umbrella he was given.
