Tapping of fingers on the desk could be heard in the silent classroom, due to only one person being in the classroom despite everyone else in the cafeteria.

"Shit he really isn't here huh?"Hyunjin mumbled to himself.

He realised how lonely he was the whole day. Without seungmin following him everyday which used to be normal, was now something he quite miss.

He sighed as he stared off into space, wondering where seungmin has gone of too after not telling Hyunjin where and why he was gone for the day.

He fiddled with the pencil in his hands, lost in thoughts when it suddenly brought him to thinking about his smoking addiction.

Was seungmin right about the consequences?

Is it that bad?

Wait why do I care? Not like life is gonna do good to me anytime soon.

Hyunjin shook he thoughts away and sighed for the 1000th time for the day.

He looked out the window to see small water droplets falling from the sky.

"Oh, it's raining."

-

Hyunjin looked down on his phone to check his messages for the 50th time. Waiting for a new notification.

Not just any notification, but seungmin's.

Usually the younger would spend everyday to 'spam' Hyunjin with messages of why he shouldn't smoke or at least small talk.

But today? Nothing.

No new messages were received except the day before.

He liked to believe that he wasn't worried, just-

Yea he was worried.

But not as in friends or anything like that.

He thinks.

Were they friends even?

He doesn't think so.

Just some guy that follows him around and won't stop telling him what or what not to do.

But a small part of him liked that part.

Because for the first time in his life, he was cared.

Someone cared for his health even if he himself didn't.

Maybe that's why he felt so lonely again. After so many years of neglect from his family, he finally found someone who would care for him even in the smallest ways.

Even if Hyunjin ask him to leaves him alone, he knows it himself he truly doesn't mean it.

Hyunjin was mean yes, but he was hurt.

And he needed someone to heal that wound in him.

-

The next day was here and despite Hyunjin not showing any reaction, he was hoping that seungmin would come back.

He sat on his same old desk while writing random scribbles on his notebook. He didn't know why, but it comforted him somehow.

Suddenly two hands were placed on his shoulders and a Familiar voice that said "Miss me?" Was heard.

"Fuck, don't you do that shit again," Hyunjin said brushing off the part where his shoulders were touched.

"Oh but I've already did." Seungmin said smirking as he took his seat.

"Anyways, did you smoke yesterday?" Seungmin asked.

That's when it hit hyunjin.

He hadn't smoked since yesterday.

Not even one cigarette.

He was too busy wondering(worrying) where Seungmin had left to leaving him alone.

"No.. I haven't.." hyunjin slowly said, still in shock of himself.

"Really?" Seungmin said with excited eyes,"I new my tactics would work well!"

"No it didn't." Hyunjin shot back, "my head were just caught up with many things so I forgot about it."

"Oh really with what?" Seungmin tested titling his head.

"N-nothing, none of your business." Hyunjin stuttered, realising what he said he said and rested his head on the table due to embarrassment.

Seungmin couldn't help but giggle as the older's cute actions.

"Haha, it's alright, no need to tell me." Seungmin said as he gently patted the older's back.

The day carried on as per normal as seungmin continued to pester hyunjin with smoking consequences and hyunjin ignoring him.
