Smoke and Rain[Seungjin]

Hyunjin paced around outside the ICU room, waiting anxiously for any form of news.

Every once in a while the door would open, hyunjin would anxiously look up hoping it was anything related to seungmin, but from time and time again it was either other patients or nurses and doctors leaving the room.

And then finally,

"Mr Hwang Hyunjin?"

Hyunjin's head shot up.

"Follow me please,"

Hyunjin went ahead and trailed along behind the doctor, walking into the ICU room, the longer the walk the more he worried and he started to get shivers. His head was just filled with seungmin seungmin seungmin

Finally they reached a bedside,

Poor seungmin looked pale as he lied on the bed, passed out asleep.

"We figured it had something to do with his blood cancer and how he-"

Hyunjin paused.

"W-wait, he has cancer..?"

This is the first time he has heard this, the first time he knew that seungmin was sick.. seungmin never told him.

"Ah yes unfortunately, I suppose he hasn't told you. Well I shall not meddle with your personal matters but I do have to tell you that he's currently in stage 3, terribly getting closer to stage 4 and the chances of his survival are... well, very slim. I'm sorry, but I don't he has much longer to live, I say only about 3 more months to live."

The doctor could only look at hyunjin with pity.

Light started to appear in his eyes as he opened them

Strange, this doesn't feel like my bed..

Everything hurts, especially his head.

Then he realises as he struggles to sit up, it suddenly becomes familiar.

The hospital.

"Seungmin..?"

The brunette slowly turns towards the direction of the sound in anticipation.

Oh no..

Hyunjin.

"Why..."

"Why didn't you tell me?"
