Snow

This is the continuation of wedding.

Lisa's POV

It's been months since I figured out that I love my bestfriend, Jennie. Who wouldn't right?

Cold air brushes to my skin as I go outside to fetch her. She asked me to hangout on Christmas eve, since she will be flying to Chicago for New Year.

I messaged her that I am in their front door.

My eyes are glued in her stunning features, her cheeks that is really squishy, the eyes that squints when she smiles, oh and yes her smiles that made me fall for her every time she smiles from ear to ear.

"Hi" she cutely said and engulf me to an embrace.

"Good evening, where do you want to go?" I said while getting her bag for me to carry.

"I don't know. I don't have any plans." she then clings her arm to mine.

"Why did you invite me then?" I look at the stars there's nothing much since it is winter but the moon is really beautiful.

"I just want to spend my time with you" she pouts

"Is it bad to invite you without having plans with me?" Jennie added while still having her duck face.

"Fine, look at Luna she looks so bright and lovely" just like you. As much as I want to say that she is lovely I am afraid that she will know I have feelings for her.

But I am looking for signs.

"Let's go to our favorite restaurant?" she suggested

She lets go of my arm and run towards the diner while jumping like a child.

I am too mesmerized with her beauty even when we are eating I am staring at her.

We are walking around the downtown when my forehead hits something. I was too focused on Jennie when I didn't even notice the sign board above me that says "It's not too late" what?

Lord is this the sign?

Maybe no?

We walk to the park nearby.

I was startled when someone smack my head, I am about to punch the person when I see that it is Jisoo unnie

She pinches my left ear and drag me away from Jennie and her girlfriend, Rosé.

"Did you tell her already?" she asked I rub my ears I think it is bloody red already.

"Not yet" I replied she smack me again and said

"What are you waiting for? Turtles to run?!" she exclaimed I raise my hands meaning that I surrender.

"I am still waiting for a sign" she grabs something from her pouch and hand it to me.

"THERE! THAT'S A SIGN!" she shouted after handing me a piece of paper with "CONFESS ALREADY, IDIOT"

We walk back to them and she did the 'I got my eye on you' gesture.

"Let's go home? It's getting late already." We headed back to their house walking to drop her.

Under the night light, I decided to confess to her with the moon as our witness.

I've been keeping this for years, I love her to the point that I can see my future with her.

"I have something to tell you" I said as I held her hand, she stops from walking and I let her face me. Our height difference looks cute since she's been hurting her neck just by looking into my eyes.

"what is it?" she said looking at me with all seriousness

"I swear to God if you ate my ice cream, I'll end you!" Jennie said while punching my left shoulder.

"Stop it" I held the both of her wrist to stop her from punching me.

She looks at me then said "Okay, then what?"

"I've been wanting to tell you this for a couple of years already" I said. She gets her hands from then roll her eyes.

"You are keeping a secret from me? Wow that's what bestfriends are for." Jennie crosses her arms.

"I am getting married" she turns her head to me with shock.

"WHAT!" her eyes started to form tears which alarms me.

"Can you help me please?" I plead "What can I do for you?" she asked while wiping her tears.

"Be my bride."

I am waiting for a violent reaction but I can hear the crickets with her silence.

"What?"

"You see that pile of snow?" she nodded

"I'll write it for you, okay?"

I use my fingers to write "I love you SNOW much"

She still has her shock face on.

"Jennie, I like you. No scratch that, I love you since God knows" I held her hands she is still processing my confession.

"If you'll ask me when and why, I don't know but please let me prove myself, I am not asking you to like me back I just want to prove that my intentions are clean and I just want you to feel the love you deserve."

"Lisa.."

I think I shocked her.

"You don't have to prove yourself. I love you too since 7th grade, idiot. Took you long enough to confess, what an asshole."

I can't process things either, all I know is this smol bean is mine already.

I run around expressing the happiness I can't contain. I feel like I am going to explode because of what I am feeling right now.

"Anyway I did eat your ice cream!"

"ASSHOLE!"
