Jennie's POV

Lalisa Manoban, hearing or even reading her name irritates me.

She is so full of herself.
She thinks everyone can fall from her charms.

I mean not gonna lie that bitch is really charming and she is cute but literally not my type.

She is annoying.

"Jennie!" speaking of the devil.

"Thank God we have this class together." she said walking beside me to our next class.

"Since we have this class together, can I say that you and I have 'chemistry' together?" she said then wiggle her eyebrows.

I roll my eyes on her and continue walking to the chemistry lab.

"Babe, what is your favorite element?" she asked then I just shake my head as a response

"Oh, I like U" she continued and wiggle her eye brows again.

"I mean I like Uranium but I would like to add Iodine so it would be U and I" her smile grew widely with her cheesy lines.

"You know what? I want to be a chemist someday so I willl know what's the reaction if U and I will combine" she laugh at her own line

I just ignore her irritating laugh till we reach the lab.

She sits beside me since we are lab partners.

"Jennie, are do you have 11 protons?" she asked

"What the fuck, Lisa?" I look at her in disbelief

then she wink at me and said.

"Because you are sodium fine" she laughs again but much louder this time her friend Jisoo heard it so they laugh together.

"Lisa can you stop your lines at me? It is really irritating you know?" I said

The professor arrived and Lisa finally shut her mouth off.

"So students, you and your lab partner will conduct an experiment of your choice. It will be your last performance task for this semester."

Our professor gave us the whole time to think for our experiment. Lisa is just playing her games on her phone.

I snatch it from her that caused a grunt.

"Help me think."

I said so she starts to rub her chin like she is really thinking.

"AHA!" she shouted that made all of us startled.

I hit her shoulders.

"Ouch! So this is my idea."

She paused for a minute then continue

"What about we're gonna do a little science experiment wherein you'll gonna be the chicken and I'll be the egg. We're finally gonna find out which one comes first." she said then she smirk.

It took me minutes to understand what was she is trying to imply.

I quickly take my bag then walk outside the class since it's already time.

"Hey Jennie sorry!" I didn't notice that she followed me.

"Act like someone ideal Lisa, maybe in that way I'll think of dating you."

I said that made her shoulders go down.

Lisa's POV

It's been three days since I last talkes to Jennie.

I missed her but I saw her in class so it's fine but I ain't talking to her.

I sometimes caught her staring at me. Even in Chemistry class.

I'm comfortable sitting on my stool in Chemistry Lab waiting for my partner.

One week before the deadline of the project.

I felt Jennie's presence when she sat down.

"Hey Lisa? Would you mind if I'll come over to your place for our project?" I shook my head. I am sure that she is kinda upset that I didn't respond with my silly jokes and such.

"Where do you live?" she asked I just respond her with a simple

"I'll fetch you. Don't worry".

Jennie's POV

It's already half past 7 in the evening. Lisa is fetching me.

When I heard the doorbell rang.

Different Lisa welcomed me.

Her style becomes different.

She is now wearing a buttoned polo shirt and a neatly ironed pants with her hair tied up.

She is not in her usual big shirts and sweaters.

"Oh hello there my lady. I bet you expect to see me tonight. Might I say you look rather ravishing. Come here" she extended her hand to help me with my things.

"Would you mind to have a walk under the moonlight or have a date with me in a fancy restaurant tonight?" she asked in a strong foreign accent.

"I would love to" I responded that made her eyes light up and then she guide me to her car and even open the door for me.

She started driving very quietly which is really not her.

"Lisa, sorry for saying those words three days ago. I actually hmmm"

I paused as I fidget my fingers.

Lisa use hwe one hand for driving then hold my hand using the another one.

"What?"

"I actually like you the way you are."

Her smile grew wider.

"I know right"

"We're still going to a date tho?" she asked I nod then I just bite my cheeks from the inside to stop myself from smiling.
