Niall's Pov-

Following Liam's instructions from the email he sent to his place, I continue driving until I come across some few lands till I see a big house that's where he lives" I muttered out shocked 'oh wait he's rich that's why'.

I parked in front of his big house which is actually nice though but I wonder what the inside looks like? "well here goes nothing" I muttered out. I got to the door and was about to knock when the door opened revealing Liam Payne shirtless. when he saw me staring for a bit he smirked "well are you going to stand there or come in" I snapped out of my daze and nodded, he opens the door wider for me to come in.

"Nice place. How much did it cost?" Seriously why did I have to ask that. he chuckled "why thank you Niall but it doesn't matter how much this place costs" he says as he put on a navy blue shirt on which I can see his muscles 'does he work out a lot cause I like what I see' I have got to stop thinking about that "is it alright if I ask why I am here?" I asked him biting my lip nervously and this time seeing him eyeing it hungrily.

He snapped out of his thoughts and cleared his throat "of course take a seat" he motioned me to his living room. dark brown leather couches, a coffee table in front of it and a flat screen tv also with a fireplace too. I took a seat on the couch as he took off somewhere, after two minutes he came back with some papers "ok Niall before we go through this contract I want you to trust me on this. if you don't like it then you can leave and never see me again" he said looking me in the eye.

I nodded my head "of course. go on ahead" I told him, he cleared his throat "how am I suppose to tell you this. Niall I'm not most men who do romance and dates that most regular couples do" he said still looking me in the eye "what are you trying to say?" I asked looking at him nervously, he sighed "It's hard to explain but I will say this; I like to do it rough Niall I don't do gentle to men or women" (Liam is bi and so is Niall) he said eyeing me "o-oh" I mumbled out feeling my face heat up "but I do it quite differently" he said his voice getting raspier "read on to find out" he smirked.

He handed me a piece of paper he was holding "I want you to read the rules, there are only five of them ( this is different than any other BDSM story I've read on here) and the next one is about some other stuff I want you to read when you are at home" he said. I looked down at the paper and deciding to read it when I get home

What in the world is this even about, I gave him a confused look as he moved closer to me putting his arm around me "you don't have to read it yet as long as you sign the form, but first you must be hungry" he said as he pressed a button on a small remote. Out of nowhere a young girl appeared from the hall, she had dirty blonde hair with blue streaks, glasses and a lip ring including green eyes. She was wearing light blue skinny jeans with a red tank top and a black hoodie. (I didn't get my lip pierced yet but I'm having one in the story).

"Yes Sir" she asked with a smile, who is this girl. Liam must've saw my face so he answered my question that I thought "oh how rude of me, Niall I would like you to meet Sarah Burletoff my maid" he has a maid "Sarah I would like you to take Niall to the kitchen to get him something to eat" she nodded "follow me" she said to me. I followed her into the kitchen.

I'm still pretty shocked to see her being young for a maid "I hope you don't mind me asking, but how old are you Sarah" she giggled "of course it's alright, I am seventeen years old" my eyes widened "that's young to be a maid" she shrugged as she opened the fridge taking a fruit platter out "I don't really mind actually, Mr. Payne is really nice since he let me live here after my family kicked me out" she said with a small smile ( not true that is fake I was never kicked out of my own home it's just for the story).
