The business card

Issie had had three cups of coffee already and hadn't checked her phone all day. She realized she had left it at home and was just resigned to her fate at this point. She had to call her momma and update her on stuff happening because her mom was nosy and was gonna find out anyways. She decided to ask the waiter for his phone
'Hey Joseph, can I use your phone to call my momma? I kinda left mine at home'.
'Do you want more coffee? Or it's enough and you want water?'
'Haha umm another cup of coffee will do please thanks'
'Sure ma'am'. He brought his phone and another cup of coffee. 'Here you go ma'am '
'Thank you and it's Issie', she said with a smirk on her face
'Haha sure Issie, so I'll be in the back if you need me'.
'Okay Jo thanks '
Issie spoke with her mom on the phone over the next hour about her break up and everything that was happening in her life
'Issie whose phone is this? This isn't your number, and why is it showing Mjj on my phone '
'Momma it's just the waiter's phone at our coffee spot, a new one'
' doesn't the name remind you of somebody ? '
'Lmao momma I've thought of it and it could be a coincidence', she said it laughing
'But you and I know he disguises himself sometimes so he can be normal?'
'Momma?'
Issie didn't want to believe that was the Michael Jackson because this waiter was hideous with all his beard and curly hair. Then it hit her - Michael has curly hair
'My momma is probably overreacting and I'm falling for it', she thought to herself
Issie 'shlumped' into her seat with her thoughts. A few hours ago she was thinking about how hurt she was and right now all that was on her mind was how she could have or have not accidentally bumped into the king of pop.
'But what is Michael doing in this coffee shop all by himself? Where are his guards?'-
'Issie? Are you okay'? Joseph asked
She got startled because she was lost in her thoughts
'Hey jo here's your phone. Umm so I wanna ask sth?'
'Sure go ahead, what is it'?
'Umm do you always wear shades around ? Cos it's almost 10pm and I don't know why you're in shades'?
'Oh yeah. I love shades, I use them when I go fishing'
'But you aren't exactly at a pond or river this is a coffee shop Joseph'
'Oh yeah as I said earlier I just passed by to help my cousin and I have to leave about now', Joseph said looking at his watch
'Oh ok, fishing at night huh. Seems interesting. Was nice speaking to you though and thank you for helping with the phone'
'My pleasure Issie.....this is my business card in case you think you wanna hang again'
'Oh sure '
Joseph handed Issie a card which she slipped in her purse and he left using the back door.
Issie in her confusion left for her apartment, it was quite late and she was really tired; she decided to call in at work sick the next day because she needed all the rest she could get.
When she got there her bestfriends Alena and Sefy were waiting for her- they had their own key to the apartment
'Hey girlies what're you doing here? Seth called you or something'?
'We know what happened Issie', Alena replied
'Well then no one should ask me how I feel because I'm annoyed and angry'
'But you seem quite relaxed, where you coming from? Your new boyfriend's'? Sefy asked
'Ok first and foremost Sefy I'm not like you and secondly I just went to the coffee shop and had a great time with a waiter I met there. He's new and he's called Joseph'
'Hahaha what? You had a great time with a waiter? Where's your other waitress friend'? Sefy asked
Alena was too busy trying on dresses they got from Primark
'She was off duty surprisingly, Joseph gave me his business card though. Weird isn't it'?
'Yes it's quite off a waiter would have a business card, can I have a look?', Sefy asked
'Sure go ahead it's in my wallet', she replied as she tossed the wallet over to Sefy and headed for her sofa to watch tv
'Issie you were with Michael Jackson'?!?!?! Sefy screamed
Issie and Alena looked at Sefy in bewilderment.
