Kimberly's POV

I bursted out laughing and said, "Stop fooling me, I have received enough jokes today."

"What if I am not joking?" he replied.

I felt my heart start beating faster as I froze there, dazed.

I knew it.

Darth started laughing and said, "speechless, huh?"

I came back to my senses and looked at him. "You dont mean it, why would I react to it?"

"I said I mean it," he replied.

"No, you dont."

"Okay then. You said so."

The whole ride was an awkward silence. Darth and I didn't dare to speak to each other.

time skip..

"Pick up, Shelly..." I impatiently mumbled.

"What did you say?" Darth asked handing me an iced coffee.

I didn't reply to him and I ended the call. I dialed her again and she answered.

"What took you so long? Do you think I would call you for no reason? Why didn't you pick up? You think you can boss me around?" I said as soon as she picked up.

Shelly took a sigh and answered with a, "sorry."

I laughed at her answer and replied back, "buy me food. Its break time, dont you remember? Youre so irresponsible."

Darth grabbed my phone and he said, "dont worry, ill buy it. Just continue what you are doing right now, you might be busy," and ended the call afterwards.

"You have such a bad attitude, Kimberly. You could have just said you wanted food to me. Rather than demanding one from your manager. She might be busy."

"Wah, I thought you liked me? Why are you telling me 'you have a bad attitude'? Also, youre really saying I am the bad one when Shelly is my manager and she couldnt get me food? Shes an irresponsible person. She gets paid for that. She needs to serve me, Darth."

"Shes doing her part as your manager. Shes fixing files, also serving your mother, bossing the maids inside your house and makes sure you have a great day ahead and not worry about anything after shooting. She is your second mother, not just a manager. Remember that."

"Why do you give so much care to other people as if you receive it back? Your family left you and you are still doing good deeds. Dont you get tired? Why cant you just be a boss and boss everyone around. Have a short temper, be mad. So everyone knows they shouldn't mess up with you. Stop being a good Samaritan all the time, I hate it."

"Thats why you cant get the fame you have been craving for."

"Crave? You have thought that far of me? I am not a bullshit, Darth. I knew you were kidding in the car earlier. It naturally shows."

I walked away with my coffee and headed to my car to take a quick break or nap.

Earlier he was so sweet then he suddenly had the nerve to tell me those things? Mood swings? Did he do that for a reason? He must be crazy.

time skip..

Darths POV

at his apartment

"Darth, I heard you had a fight with Kimberly, whats the matter?" Elaine said.

"Nothing. Earlier, I confessed to her saying 'I like you' to make her fall in the trap more but then I couldnt hold my anger back earlier in the set so I kinda said my real thoughts about her and said harsh things. I messed up pretty much all of the plan you made. Now, it might seem weird if I go sweet to her again after saying all of those bad things to her."

"I mean... you could just tell her, 'sorry I was brought by my emotions, I didnt mean any of those blah blah blah' and like she might forgive you, right? Its not like she would immediately reject your apology. Remember, youre Darth Grey. She likes fame and she agreed to film the movie because of you. You are her target. You have the fame," Elaine replied.

"You think its going to be that easy? I wish," I opposed.

"Im 95% sure she'll accept it, it will be that easy," she ended.

I took a deep sigh and stood up from my chair. I swept my hair away from my face, drank my water and went to bed.

I stared at my ceiling and earlier events flashed back. I feel so bad saying those things to Kimberly. For the first time I actually felt bad for her. Maybe she has her reasons thats why she wants fame? Maybe she has problems and I made her day worse?

Why am I having second thoughts? I need to follow Elaine.

I covered my face with my blanket and went to sleep.

sorry, its been so long :(( its been 3 months? Actually, either 2 or 3 but yea, I hope you like this chapter. If you subscribed my channel, you prolly know its been 6 months since I last posted. I never really became productive, ig things changed today.
