Saying goodbye was harder than they all anticipated. Lily and James had come to love them all, and wanted them to wait for when Sirius and Remus arrived, but Hermione remained steadfast. She knew that if they could, they would stay with the Potters forever, but they didn't have the time to waste. Everyone knew she was right, but it still hurt.
After Fred and George had Lily and clapped James on the back (and gotten his autograph) Hermione hugged them both, an the three stood outside. Hermione was shivering slightly, and reached into her bag to grab a coat, but Fred got there first, draping his over her small shoulders and warming her up nicely. She was going to protest but it was so warm and smelt lovely.
She shot him a small smile, before looking away, blushing. Fred grinned back, a flush rising up his neck. George looked at the hopeless two and shook his head.
He didn't say anything, though, and Harry and Ginny left the house soon after, discreetly wiping their eyes.
"Let's go," Hermione said softly, grabbing Harry and Fred's arm. Ginny linked her hand into Harry's and George slung his arm around Fred. With a twist, they disappeared.
Many miles away, 5 teenagers suddenly appeared out of nowhere, in an old forest. The redheaded boys looked around in confusion, as the redheaded girl comforted the bespectacled boy. Hermione didn't let any of that distract her though, as she pulled out her wand and began casting protective wards.
When she was done, she grabbed her small beaded bag and thrust her arm into it. She rummaged around for a minute, before giving up and sticking her face in. She gave a shout of triumph, and pulled out an old grey tent. It was clearly recognizable as the tent they used when they were watching the Quidditch World Cup, that Mr Weasley had borrowed off Perkins.
"When did you get that?" Asked George, shocked (and impressed, but he probably wouldn't admit it).
"Perkins got too old for camping," Hermione said distractedly, as she magically erected the small tent. "Or so he said. He gave it to your Dad, to give to the person who likes camping the most or to just keep it. He dumped it in the attic, so I grabbed it and left a note from you two." She finally looked up, and smirked at the dumbfounded expressions on their faces. "In you go." She gestured inside. "Ginny? Harry? We're heading inside now - don't go beyond the wards."
They nodded, still wrapped up in a hug, and Hermione popped herself inside the tent. Fred and George had decided to make themselves at home, and had pulled a colour chart from somewhere amongst themselves. They held it up to the walls, and the bedsheats and the armchairs, tutting in dismay. Hermione raised her eyebrows at them, but ingnored them, and decided to check around the tent to make sure everything was in order.

Outside, Harry and Ginny were still wrapped up in each other's arms. They appreciated being left alone to sort out their emotions, for they were their's now, and not just Harry's, or Ginny's, at least, not when they were so over-powering. And they were both finding Harry's heavy sadness quite suffocating.
It's not farewell, just goodbye, Ginny kept saying. We'll see them soon, because we'll do this mission and we'll save them and the world will be a better place. And the only fame you'll have is because you're rich and you have a soul bond - if we choose to tell them. So it's not forever. Just today.
Eventually, Harry chuckled despondently. "You're right. Let's go in."
I'm always right Potter, and don't you forget it.
Yes, Dear.

Hermione, towel in her arms and her hair damp, stepped out the bathroom just as Ginny and Harry walked into the tent. She shot them a smile, but was too busy looking around to do much else. Fred and George had transformed the place. What was once drab and boring was now light and airy. It was colourful, but not overly so.
The old grey sofas were now light blues and purples, whilst the tent walls were a whitish cream. The tables were polished, and the yellow kitchen cupboards were dark blue. The most shocking thing however, was not the newly erected bookshelf, or the throw cushions they managed to find, but the smells coming from the kitchen. She watched in awe as Fred hurried around it, in a flowery, pink apron (that clashed with his hair) whisking, and cooking and checking the oven. She shared a glance with Harry, who was looking as shocked as she felt.
"George!" Fred cried suddenly, and his brother poked his head out of the small, curtain covered girl's bedroom.
"What?" He asked. "I'm kind of in the middle of decorating."
"But I need help." Fred pouted.
"Tough! My sisters cannot sleep in somethings so drab and brown! It will negativaley affect their mental health!" He tossed his head before pulling it back behind the curtains. Fred grumbled a bit, clanging around the kitchen, muttering under his breath.
"Burnt food ... Never helpful ... Starve to death,"
"I'll help," Hermione and Harry offered simultaneously, and grinned at each other.
"Harry, you sit down; you've had a rough day and I know you hate cooking, but Hermione that would be really helpful."
She shot him a smile (which he returned) and made her way over to the kitchen.
"Wht are we cooking?" She asked.
"Spag-bol, garlic bread and a crumble for afterwards."
She raised her eyebrows, but didn't comment, instead asking, "What do you want me to do?"
"D'you think you could chop up the vegetables and stuff for the bolognase?"
"Of course," She said, reaching for a knife.

In the lounge, nestled up on the sofa, Harry and Ginny raised an eyebrow at each other. Fred and Hermione were so oblivious sometimes. It was obvious that they would end up dating and most likely married. Ginny gave a wicked grin.
But maybe we can speed along the process?
Firstly, thank you so much for reading and I would love it if you could review! Sorry this is quite a long time in the works, but I was working on some other things.
