It's the first day of sophomore year, and I hope today goes well. I'm really nervous because I don't know what to expect. Madeline and I have been bestfriends since 2nd grade, but ever since 6th grade, we've kind of been drifting part and still talk but not as such or not like we used to. I feel like Madeline and I aren't that close like before.
I honestly was kind of excited for school, but at the same time, I didn't want to go. It was 7:00 am, and I was just laying in bed staring at the ceiling until I heard my room door open, and I felt someone just jump on top of me.
"Oww," I groan
"Get up," said Ethan
Ethan always messes with me, annoys me, gets me mad on purpose, and he does it for his own entertainment. I don't even know how he has a girlfriend. Why would anyone want to date a dumbass like him.
"Ugh," I said in a sleepy voice
"Come on, wake up and get ready for school," Ethan said while shaking me to wake up
"No, I don't want to," I said, hitting him with a pillow
"Oww,"
"How did that even hurt? It's a pillow" I said, sitting up on my bed
"Whatever, get ready" he said, walking out of my room
I got ready for school and went downstairs.
"Good, you're awake on time for once" my mom said from the kitchen
"I'm always awake on time" I said jokingly, walking down the stairs
After breakfast, it was 7:40 am, so we still had 50 minutes before Ethan, Kevin, and I had to go to school.
20 minutes later
It's now 8:00 so had to leave because it was a 15 minute drive and school starts at 8:30.
"Lily, let's go," Ethan said, getting his keys
"OK, GOING," I said, putting on my shoes and walking down stairs, once I got to the end of the stairs, I said, "Where's Kevin?" While walking out the house and Ethan following
"In the car,"
We drove to school, and Ethan parked, and then we went in side.
"Ok, bye losers, I'm going to go find Megan," Ethan said
Megan is Ethan's girlfriend. She is really nice.
"Bye, I'm going to go find my friends," Kevin said and walked away
Great, I'm all alone
I walked to my locker and then went to class. My first class was English, and the teacher had a seating arrangement. My seat was next to a girl and a boy in front of me. My seat was also near the back.
"Hi," the girl next to me said, turning to me
"Hi," I said
"I'm Autumn."
"I'm Lilian"
~at lunch~
I put my books in locker and Madeline came up to me.
"Heyy" she said
"Hi" I said, closing my locker
"Let's sit with my friends, yea?"
"Uh sure" I honestly didn't want to but it was better than sitting alone.
We were sitting at the table when I decided to text Cleo.

Ethan drove home, and when we got home i went to my room and finished my home work.
8:30 pm
knock knock knock
"Come in" I said
"Food is ready" Kevin said, then walked back downstairs
I went downstairs and saw Amber. Amber is Mason's girlfriend. She is so sweet. I sat down between Kevin and my mom. My mom was on the edge across from my dad. Mason was between my dad and Amber. Lucas sat next to Amber while Ethan was on the other side of Lucas.
"¿Como fue la escuela?" (How was shool?) my mom said, looking at Kevin, Ethan, and me
"Bien" (good)

"Did you make any friends today, Lilian?" Amber said
"Kind of" I said, picking at my food
After dinner, I watched Netflix than went to bed
