As a representative of the United States government cia agent (l/n) who has been discovered to be blessed with magic abilities is to be sent to hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry. This school has been chosen do to its head Easter being a associate who has worked with the US government before in the case of the dark wizard grizwald, professor albus dumbledore. The ministry of magic has approved of this mission as positive results will open up a avenue of trade between the United States and the world of magic as well as open our borders for a proper magic world to be created hiding in plain sight in the United States.

Agent (l/n) was an orphan therefore it is unknown whom he received the ability to use magic from, conviently he was brought into the agency as a infant to take part in our  failed child agent program in which agent (l/n) was the only member of his training class to survive. The agent is a master at espionage, assassination, infiltration, interrogation etc... he has mastered all skills that can come to use as a field agent, investigator, desk worker, and even a director. He has succeeded in inter grating himself into several militia groups and dismantling them from the inside, he has completed missions in every major country and has mastered all known languages and dialects. 

His mission is to gather as much information about the magical world as possible and to become a master wizard capable of using all forms of magic he is to be a ambassador for the United States, his other mission is to obey orders from dumbledore for the headmaster shall be his handler on this mission dumbledore is also the only one other then a select few members of the ministry of magic that will know of the agents identity as a cia agent, other than that the record will state him as a ambassador. The agent will be allowed to make decisions for himself as they are a top agent and has the where with all to conduct themself with the upmost care to detail, frankly we couldn't have gotten luckier than agent (l/n) being eligible for this mission as we would have had to rely on a random civilian child to awaken there magical abilities to be able to fill this position instead we have one of our own take on this important mission for the sake of our two worlds. The agent has been granted permission  to bring whatever necessary to the school including weaponry he has chosen his usual equipment as well as some more unconventional tools. We trust you as dumbledores personal representative to watch over the agent and assist in bringing him to Britain as well as showing him the ropes of the wizarding world so he would be prepared for the academy. But later that day when she met the boy she swallowed her words for his eyes wasn't that of a child it was almost as if she was staring into the eyes of a great magical beast, but when the boy heard of his mission as an ambassador his demeanor changed into that of great charisma and kind personality the transfiguration teacher could not tell if which of the two personalities was the genuine one of the child in front of her or if either were genuine at all and that is what made her uneasy the most for she was well versed into seeing through even the most elaborate facades

The boy on the other hand was calm on the inside with much curiosity about what this long mission would entail but more so was feeling pride in the fact they were essentially given free reign. Regardless of his personal feelings the mission will be completed
