Sora--

We walked into the entrance of the coffee shop, the smells filling my nose, calming me in a way. I looked to my left to see a whole array of books, with paintings and plants filling the room. We made our way up to the front counter, giving our orders. I got an iced latte while Renjun got a lemon tea. I sat down at the outside seating area, Renjun joining me.

"So, what were you doing at the store before work hours?" I asked, taking a sip of my latte.

"I got a bit too experimental the other night and dumped a whole bunch of glitter onto a piece of clothing, so I went to go hide it before Mrs. Kim saw." I laugh at his response, him laughing as well.

"My turn. You seemed off yesterday. What happened?"

I stopped laughing, and my bones tensed. He seemed to notice from his next words, "Oh no, no. I'm not trying to force you to answer. It is completely up to you, I was just worried."

I smile, not sure if it was fake or not, "It's okay. I had found out about my boyfriend cheating on me on Valentine's day, that's all."

"That's all?" He looked furious. "That isn't something to brush off your shoulder, Sora. You have every right to be angry about it."

"It isn't like I could go to him and yell in his face, though. He is currently studying abroad, and that is how he also got away with cheating." I sigh, putting my face in my hands, "How could I be so stupid to date a guy like him? He even told me that it was alright, and we could still date."

I felt a hand run through the strands of my hair, playing with it gently. "Hey, you're not stupid. Some guys don't deserve beautiful girls like you." Renjun reassured softly. I felt my cheeks heat up.

"Thank you." I looked up with a light smile, hoping he couldn't notice the bright blush plastered on my face.

Renjun's phone began to ring, and he picked it up to answer, "Hello?"

"Huang Renjun!" I heard the voice on the other side. It was Jennie.

"Y-Yes?" Renjun stuttered.

"What did I tell you about designing?"

"U-Uh, that anything is art if it comes from the heart?"

"No. What do you think this is? A kindergarten class? I told you two things, that if I don't approve it, then don't do it, and if it is ugly no one buys it." She hissed, "Seriously, I give you one job, and you go dump a whole bunch of glitter onto the clothing piece. That isn't cheap, you know."

"Yes ma'am, sorry ma'am," Renjun mumbled.

"Now, what I want you to do is come back to the shop and recreate that entire thing, MINUS the glitter."

"But work doesn't start for a whole other half an hour." He whined.

"Aww! A whole half an hour! Don't care. Get back here in five minutes max."

I watched as the phone call ended, and Renjun's whole body shook in fear. "Don't worry, I am sure you will be okay. She can be tough at times, but she is also nice. You have to get on her good side."

"That will be hard."

I laughed, "You got this Moomin!" I cheered him on, patting him on the shoulder and wishing him on his way.

I finished up my latte and began on my walk back to work when I looked at my phone to see the time. 7:59

I felt my eyes widened as my speed began to increase. I only had a minute before I was late. I continued my pace when I was stopped by a crowd of people in front of me. I don't have time for this. I squeezed past them when I heard someone curse behind me.

"Hey." I heard the stern tone. I turned around to meet a tall guy glaring at me, "You stepped on my shoe. I just got them, and now one of them is dirty."

I looked down at his shoes. I knew I had poor eyesight, but I didn't realize it was that bad. I couldn't see the dirt. "Uh, sorry about that, but where might be the dirt you mentioned?"

"Right there!" He points.

Still nothing.

"Sir, you are wasting my time. I am already late to work, and now I have to deal with invisible dirt."

"You may not be able to see it, but it is there, even if it doesn't show." He was quite the germaphobe. "I have to go to a very important photoshoot right now, and I want to look perfect. I always am." Scratch that. He's a narcissist.

A call from Jennie.

"Look, I don't have time for this right now, because as I had said earlier, I am late for work." I scoffed, turned around, and began my way back to the shop.
