"Good morning Niki Nihachu." I say, grinning to the tiny girl laying next to me that is half asleep. "Shush, it's so early." She replies. I begin bouncing on the bed, causing Niki to bounce up and down as well. "Aelia!" Niki says, dragging out the a. "Fine, go back to sleep. Im gonna go downstairs and make some breakfast."

I step off the bed onto the cold hardwood floors, making my way to the door. I walk down the long staircase and into the empty downstairs area. Once i'm in the kitchen I grab a pan out of a cabinet, setting it down onto the island. I grab some pancake mix and begin making the food.

I finished setting up everything on the dining table and walk back upstairs. I peek my head into Niki and I's room, "Hey, food's ready. It's in the dining room." I inform the girl, smiling at her.

Walking down the hall to Alex and Karl's room, I knock on the wooden door. Karl opens it, "Hey, you need something?" The boy asks me. "I made breakfast if you and Alex want some." He nods, "Yeah, we'll be down in a few minutes." Giving me a quick smile, I smile in return. "Great."

After telling a few more people, I finally make it to Wilbur and Tommy's room. Knocking, I hear footsteps coming towards the door. It opens and reveals a half asleep Tommy.

"Well good morning," He says to me, voice husky as he probably just woke up. "Good morning to you as well," I give a shy smile to the boy towering over me. I zone out for a bit, studying his features. Fluffy hair sticking out from all directions, unruly. It looks soft, like a cloud in a summer sky. His beautiful blue eyes resembling a big ocean.

"So, what's up?" He asks. I shake my head slightly, trying to get rid of the thoughts flowing through my head. "I uh, I made breakfast if you'd like some, Wilbur as well." I tell the boy, trying to stop myself from messing up the sentence by stuttering. "Oh, okay. Hope it's good." He laughs. "Yeah me too," I laugh along with him.

I give a quick wave and walk back towards my room, feeling his eyes still on me before hearing the door close behind me.

I sigh, the redness in my cheeks fading away. That didn't go too bad.

Sitting down at the dining table was like sitting at a lunch table with the popular kids at school for the first time. I was nervous for sure, I hadn't really met everyone here yet. I really do hope the food is good, that'd be embarrassing as hell if it was bad. I couldn't have messed it up though, it's just pancakes and eggs.

"Good morning everyone," I hear Niki say as she walks down the staircase. Everyone replies with good mornings and hellos. The girl sits down on the chair beside me, she nudges my shoulder a bit and nods towards the stairs.

I turn my head. Watching him walk down the stairs was like something out of a movie. He looks up from his feet and makes eye contact with me, butterflies erupt in my stomach. I quickly look down at the plate sitting on the table in front of me. Looking over at Niki, I see her laughing to herself at my reaction. I lightly hit her shoulder and laugh along with the girl.

Seeing everybody enjoying the food, a weight lifts off my shoulder and I feel lot more comfortable than I was when I had first sat down.
