LRH Chapter 9: New Friend?

After training with Kaiden's group I was pretty tired. It was almost to 8:00 pm and I haven't ate dinner yet.

Walking into the oh so grand pack house I realized that most of all the wolves are in there rooms. But some are still walking around so it wasn't that deserted.

Heading to kitchen. I passed a few wolves. Ones that said hello and others that looked at me as if I'm a piece of shît.

When I got to the kitchen there was no body there. The lights were off. Stumbling through the door I put my hands on the wall to at least try to find the on switch.

Yes we wolves have night vision but if your as tired as me you might as well give up.

Still sliding my hands across the wall trying to find the switch the lights automatically turn on.
What the-?

Turning around I see Selene at the entrance of the kitchen next to the light switch.

"Guess your hungry?" She asked and I nodded.

She walked over to the fridge and took out a container. Which I guess was the left over dinner from today.

"So how was training?" She asked while putting the leftover food on a plate and placing it inside the microwave.

"Tiring" I answered with a sigh. I was exhausted. I went to go sit at the dinning table. Putting an elbow on top of the table and putting my head on my open palm.

"Foods ready" I didn't even realize I was falling asleep.

"Mm looks delicious" I said. I could feel my mouth drop open and spill water out just like a waterfall.

"Thanks cooked it myself." I looked up and she had a big smile on her face.

"Try it. Go ahead. I want to know what you think about it." She said nudging me to the plate and handing me a fork. I just chuckled.

Just after I chuckled my stomach roared with hunger. Causing Selene to laugh.

"Come on" she said watching so intently at my face for a reaction.

I didn't waste anymore time.

"It's so good" I moaned out and I could feel my eyes roll to the back of head.

"Thanks. I feel so proud of myself." Selene said with her head held up and one of her hands right under her chin.

I laughed.

"Now if you don't mind I'll like to finish this delicious plate of food made from an awesome cook."

So I ate and ate until I couldn't anymore.

"Where am I going to sleep?" I was wondering that over and over again.
I don't think the alpha would be that cruel to make me sleep outside.

Selene was at the sink washing the plates i used.
I tried to convince her that I could wash the plates I use but she begged.

"You can sleep in my room" she said as she put the last plate in the cabinet after she dried it.

"You don't have to do that" I really don't want to be that person that crashes everywhere she goes.

"It's no problem. Really"

"Are you sure?"

"Yea. Come on let's go. You probably want to take a shower from all that training."

A shower sounded pretty good right now. So I followed Selene out of the kitchen without another protest.

As I followed Selene to her room I noticed that the whole pack house is silent and nobody is walking around anymore except us.

Walking up the stairs I noticed that there's pictures on the walls.

Pictures of members having fun at bonfires and the beach. All laughing and having an awesome time.

We came to a stop and we finally entered what is Selene's room.

"The bathroom is right across this door and you can wear these." Selene said. As she handed me black yoga pants and a purple tank top.

"Thanks so much" I said as I took the clothes from her.

"No problem. What are friends for." She said as smiled at me.

"No offense. Can you please go take a shower. Your really stinky." She said as she pinched her nose adding a dramatic effect.

"Ok ok. I'm going." I laughed as she practically through me at the bathroom door across her room.

I sighed at least I have a friend.

So sorry I didn't update soon.
Hope you liked this chapter. It might of been boring but it showed that she made a friend and she's not alone.
