Chapter 5; Don't leave me!

"This is very important, Niki. So don't try and ignore this process." Fundy chuckled, the two's steps in sync as they entered Wilbur's containment center. "Will!" Niki bloomed, opening her arms in a playful way. Fundy opening the file cabinet near by as Niki walked towards the door. "Will?" She repeated, no answer.

She finally turned towards the glass, her eyes widening. "Fundy! FUNDY! It's happening again!" Niki yelled towards him, quickly scanning the ID and rushing inside the cell. Running over towards Wilbur, who was on the floor grabbing at his hair. Forcing his hands away from his head, ripping small bits of hair out and responding with a whimpering scream.

Niki grabbed both of his wrists, holding them tightly as she finally got them down back to his sides. She looked up at Fundy, who had a bandage in one hand and a worried face. She only nodded towards him, motioning for him to leave; hearing the door shut after she turned back.

"It's alright now, I'm here. Don't worry, tell me what happened." Niki smiled, noticing the humanoid's cheeks and nose a bright red as well as stained dry tears. Normally Wilbur would only freak out never to the point of tears, it depends on how long it was going on for..wait an minute.

Niki's eyes widened slightly, pulling him slowly into a hug wrapping one arm around his back and the other holding his hand. The horns on his head poking through her hair as she rocked him back and forth.

Suddenly, a sound echoed throughout the room(s). The sound of a pair of shoes tapping agains't the metal floor and a disappointed cough to join it.

"Tsk tsk tsk. Niki, you know you're not allowed to be inside here without proper supervision."

"Jschlatt.?"

Niki didn't even what to look behind her, not wanting to face him after what he did. She also made sure Wilbur didn't notice him, keeping his head down towards the floor. "If I didn't intervene he would've.. would've.." Niki cut herself off, finally turning her head around to make eye contact with Schlatt. "Would've what. Niki?" Jschlatt questioned with a smile. "Get up, it's sad to talk too someone below you." He demanded, snapping his fingers and tapping his foot impatiently.

Niki slowly moved Wilbur out of their hug, getting up and walking towards the horned man. "Great, now I'll just call in the guards to come and take him back to his original containment." Jschlatt smirked, pushing Niki back inside the office of the cell and walking inside. Niki couldn't even believe what he said..this was all happening to fast! What's going on?! Why? Why is this happening..what did she do to deserve this. What did he do to deserve this.?

Niki was about to snap back at Schlatt, but as she went to face him, he was gone.

"N-niki?"

"You aren't going to leave..right? Please don't leave me, I'll miss you."
