A few weeks had passed since my encounter with Draco. And we hadn't spoken since.
However, him snapping at Pansy seemed to do the trick. As she hadn't spoken to me either. Although I would catch her staring sometimes. I assume she was imagining being rude to me. Atleast I didn't have to hear it.
Today had been an ordinary day. Nothing exciting or odd had happened. Yet.
I began to walk toward my next lesson when I heard a familiar voice call my name.
"Hey, Amora wait up!"
I recognised the voice immediately and carried on walking. The voice itself was actually kind of beautiful. The words the voice usually spoke however, were not.
"Amora, please wait."
Before I knew it they had caught up to me.
"What do you want pansy?"
"I.. look. I just wanted to see if you're okay?"
"Why?"
"Because it's a kind thing to do I suppose."
I scoffed.
"And since when have you been concerned with what the 'kind' thing to do is?"
"Okay I know I've been a hideous cow to you, but I was hoping we could start fresh."
"You are joking right? Please tell me you're joking."
This had to be a joke. There was no other explanation.
"No, I'm being serious. I actually think we could be great friends. Draco even said..."
"Draco? Draco doesn't even know me. And neither do you. You've all made my life hell since the day we met. We aren't friends pansy. And we never will be."
With that I stormed away from her as quickly as I could.
Who on earth does she think she is? And how dare Draco give any kind of input on who he thinks I could be friends with.
I'd spent the rest of my day lost in thought. Desperately trying to figure out what Draco may of said to Pansy, and why he was even talking about me in the first place. I'm glad I stood up to Pansy, but I really wish I'd let her finish speaking first.

Fanfiction"It's actually quite beautiful isn't it? The moon. Don't you think so Draco?" I'd never really noticed before, but I guess you see things in a different perspective when you know you're going to die.
