Racing back to the common room, many thoughts were flooding my mind.
Why had Pansy created such a ridiculous rumour? Was this part of some vengeful plan all along and she didn't actually mean her apology?
And why did my best friend believe her? We've been through so much, she knows how vile Pansy has treated me so why would she think there was even an ounce of truth in it?
As I got to the common room I stood in front of the door for a moment. Hoping to myself that everyone would be in their lessons and I could retreat to my dorm and be alone. Who knows how far pansy's rumour had spread.
I was angry. So angry. And bad things happen when I'm angry. Things beyond my control.
I opened the door slowly and peered through the door to check no one was there. It seemed that it was empty so I stepped inside.
"What are you doing here?"
Shit. Draco.
"Could ask you the same thing." I scoffed.
"I woke up late, just heading down to potions now actually."
"When you get there, tell your little rat that she's just made the biggest mistake of pathetic little life."
Draco look confused.
"What Pansy? What's she done now?"
I huffed. "As if you don't know..." he was probably in on it.
"If I knew I wouldn't be asking would i?" He spoke while letting out a slight laugh.
"You're laughing? My friends hate me because of her and you think this is funny?!"
A look of shock shot across dracos face.
"Wait.. what?"
"Oh please stop acting like you don't know what she's done. You were probably in on it! You have all made my life here a living hell since the day we met. I should of known our little conversation was too good to be true. So let's just set the record straight. All that happened between me and Pansy was that she tried to apologize and befriend me and I blew her off. Anyone who believes I actually came onto Her is either delusional or just plain stupid. I'd much rather make out with a cactus."
"Wait she's telling people that?"
"Just give up Draco. I'm fed up of you guys and all of your games."
And with that I turned toward the dorms and took step before Draco spoke again.
"Amora, wait. I didn't know she did that. Nor did I help her plan anything. But I think it may be my fault she's doing this..."

Amora.
Fanfiction"It's actually quite beautiful isn't it? The moon. Don't you think so Draco?" I'd never really noticed before, but I guess you see things in a different perspective when you know you're going to die.
