He stopped the explosions eventually.
"Do you understand now Y/N? Do you know how much I love you??"
He shook her body by the shoulders. He waited for her to wake up so he could make her understand.
"Y/N???" There was no response.
Bakugo leaned down and listened for breathing. He didn't hear anything, but if he'd listened a little longer he would have heard her strained breaths. She was unconscious, but Bakugo's sanity was shattered.
"Y/N..? No.. I didn't mean to. Dammit Y/N! It's all my fault.." He was starting to get desperate, and was already in hysterics.
A sound on the intercom made him flinch, and somebody called out, as he cradled Y/N's head, filled with resentment.
"It's the police, open up or we'll have to use force!"
"What have I done.." He sobbed.
He was completely out of it, all these emotions hitting him at once was just too much. Y/N was the only thing keeping him sane, but also the very thing driving him crazy. Without her he was on a downward slope.
Hot tears spilled out his face as he spoke before standing up.
"I'm so sorry, I love you Y/N."
He walked into his kitchen, not caring about the police at his door. He picked up a silver knife, it's cold metal calling to him.
"I'll see you soon, Y/N."
