Long jealous Alex X Reader

This is a request for @Harryxyn I hope this is what you had in mind and I hope you like it!

I was coming back to school with Lucky after riding and we went to go put our horses away, once she put spirit in his stall she turned to me.

"Do you want to go get some food Y/N?" I finished putting H/N in his/her stall before turning to my best friend.

"Sure! I'm starving" we both giggled and walked over to the cafeteria we walked in and I immediately spotted my childhood friend Alex, me and Alex have known each other for since we were two, our parents being best friends and everything. I looked at lucky and held up a finger to tell her I'll only be a minute, she nodded and walked over to the line I went over to Alex's table and he smiled when he saw me.

"Hey Y/N!" He got up and hugged me, I hugged back and we started talking for a bit a few minutes later lucky called me over as she was nearly in the front of the line.

"I have to go Alex but I'll see you in class tomorrow" I said as I hugged him again quickly before running off.

ALEX'S POV:

I watched Y/N walk away and then I saw jack walk up to her and put his arm around her. Beef tried talking to me but I wasn't listening, he looked over and a knowing look over came his face and he looked at me.

"Alex I don't think Y/N and Jack have anything going on there probably just friends." He said I nodded still not fully convinced and sat down. I kept looking over at them and after lunch ended I saw them walking together so I decided to go over before class begun.

"Hey y/n do you want to sit with me in class?" I asked hoping she wasn't sitting with Jack. She looked at me and smiled.

"Sure Alex" she said bye to Jack and came over to walk with me.

*time skip to a few days later*

Every time I see Y/N with Jack I interfere not seeing a clue that there together yet. Beef has told me to leave it and just talk to her but if I tell her how I feel it might ruin our friendship so I decided to keep quiet.

I saw Lucky walk up to me.

"Okay I have my suspicions but I just wanna see if they are correct, do you have feelings for Y/N?" I sighed knowing she wasn't going to let this go.

"Yes I do" she smiled and jumped up and down.

"I knew it!" She screamed, I put my hand over her mouth.

"Shhhhh, she doesn't know" I whispered to her. She nodded and I took my hand away.

"She doesn't like Jack if that's what your worried about" she said to me after a few minutes, I looked at her and sighed.

"Even if she doesn't if she doesn't like me then me confessing might ruin our friendship" she shook her head.

"Just talk to her about it, trust me it will make you feel a lot better."  And with that she walked away I sighed and looked at Y/N. Maybe Lucky is right maybe I just need to tell her.

*time skip to a day later*

I was walking with beef when I saw Y/N and jack talking. I looked between them for a minute deciding wether or not I should tell her, I took a deep breath and gave beef a knowing look.

I walked over and Y/N looked at me when she saw me.

"Hey Alex!" She said happily, I smiled at her and took another deep breath.

"I need to talk to you, could we go over there for a minute?" I asked clearly nervous. She smiled even wider and nodded we walked away from Jack a bit and she looked at me.

"What's up?" She asked. I looked at her.

"So, I really really like you and I know you may not feel the same way and you might like Jack but—

I was cut off when I Felt a pair of soft lips meet mine. I was shocked for a minute but when it wore off i immediately kissed back.

We stayed like that for a few minutes before she pulled away, she smiled brightly at me.

"I don't love Jack I love you, Me and Jack are just really good friends." She said then she giggled.

"I never pegged you for the jealous type" she said giggling some more. I playfully rolled my eyes and laid my hands on her hips.

"I'm glad you like me back though and I guess my jealousy helped with that" and after that I kissed her again.

Hey guys!! I'm back I've grieved and done what I need I'm still healing but it will take a while as I was very close to him. I thank you all for the support and reads and votes on my stories they mean so much to me and I'm great full for all of you.

I was thinking of doing an avengers story would you lot wanna read it? I will leave it in my drafts for a while until a few chapters are up and running

I'm really bad with long one shots I don't know why I just can never figure out a long enough plot but I hope you all enjoy it ❤️
