What's keeping me awake?
I can't close my eyes and just sleep. I can see my brother's face on my ceiling, I think I'm fantasizing. I should do something that diverts my attention.
I just recieved a text 6 saying,"Hey are you still awake? It's Crewshawn. Won't you mind if we'll go out this late? I want to show you the city lights at night, I bet you've never seen it.", I think I could trust Crewshawn.. I'll go with him,"Fetch me where you've dropped me lately.. I'm scared of the curfew.", "I'm already waiting for you outside, come and see me.". Oh, he's that prepared? Haha.. okay I'll go now.

I slowly goes down the stairs so I could not bother these sleeping drunk men in our crib. But then,"Where are you heading to?", New suddenly came out from nowhere.
"Big Bro? Y-you're awake? Are you all fine now?", I'm trying to change the topic.
"I'm okay.. I just got too much. Answer me? Where are you heading to?", he asked it again. "Outside? Um.. I'm going to um.. water the plants!", I knew I was the baddest liar ever. "Plants? This late? I think you're hiding something..", he added.
"No bro.. I just want to make sure that our gate is locked. I was the last one to came inside and I don't think I locked the gate.", I hope I'll slid this in. "Okay then I'll go back sleep right now? My head hurts..", he answered. I can't hide my smile damn hahaha.. "Go bro go! Quick!".
I made sure his out of my sight before I goes out of the house and opens the gate.

"What took you long? You're making me yawn for waiting.", Crewshan complained.
"Hey stop scolding me, I had too much these past days.. let's go?", I asked.
He handed me the helmet and asked me to grip my arms tightly on his waist for he said he's about to drive on a flash speed.

"Where are you bringing my brother?", New came out of the gate.
Crewshawn stopped from starting his motorbike and removed his helmet.,"I'm taking him to see the city lights.", He answered.
"Have you asked a permission from me?", New added.
"I don't need to, anyways.. Sar is on his legality.", Crewshawn answered.
I goes off the motorbike then Crewshawn suddenly holds my hand,"You're not going back Sar, you'll be going with me. The city lights only lights up for tonight". Brother New also grabbed my other hand saying,"You're riding with a stranger, I won't let my brother be surrounded with snakes.".
"Bro.. Crew.. stop?", I said but they refused together,"NO!".
Okay.. okay.. I'm on the middle of their fight so I think I'm just going to shut up..

"Brother? How could you call him BROTHER?", Crewshawn said.
"What are you trying to say!?", New was so scrappy.
"Yea? Why are you calling him BROTHER thought you knew he's not your BROTHER at all!?", What is Crewshawn trying to say?
New's brows meets each other and showed on his fist. "Why are you acting that way? I'm saying that.. if Sar's your brother.. you must let him do things of his own. If I was Sar and I had you? I will surely ESCAPE and LEAVE this house.", he answered.
"Crewshawn, don't wait for me to get enough of you. I'll beat your ass up the last time you'll do things I don't want to. I'll call this a night for tonight but still I won't let my brother go with you. I'm going with him. I'll be taking him to the Park where we can see the city lights.", he replied to Crewshawn. "Sar get in! Wait for me I'll prepare my clothes up!", he added.

"I'm sorry Crewshawn but I can't go with you? My brother is too protective that I can't even do things of my choice. I never thought he'll be like this for we never spent much time together before.", I apologized to him.
"It's okay.. I knew New since before but he's never been protective to anyone than you. I'll go now.", Crewshawn starts his motorbike and left me.

I don't think that I'm lucky for having such a moody older brother but.. I like him this way. I feel, I feel so good and safe, loved and protected.
