"What?" Yangyang asked as he looked at the girl standing in front of them. "What do you mean?" Xiaojun asked as he made his way towards his soulmate.

"Well, her father is a vampire but her mother is an angel. She's dying, meaning she isn't fully a vampire." Haru explained as she made her way towards the girl, ripping a piece of her shirt and tying it around her wound.

"So that means she's also an angel?" Chenle asked and the girl nodded. "Is there a w-way we could save her?" Hendery sobbed and Haru nodded her head slowly. "You can do the bonding."

His eyes widened after hearing her words and he bit his lip. "But I can't do it without her consent." He shook his head and Chenle gripped on his shirt. "If she dies she will never give you consent. JUST DO IT!!" He yelled with teary eyes and Hendery quickly nodded, sticking his fangs into her neck.

He took a sip of her blood and a second later he felt her heart stop. He moved away from her, a sigh leaving his mouth and tears threatening to fall again. Five minutes passed and nothing changed.

Everyone was standing around the girl, silence surrounded them as they waited. Haru sighed as she took Jieun's hand into her and closed her eyes, whispering some words. Few moments have passed and she opened her eyes and looked at the rest, shaking her head.

Hendery held the younger's body close to him, his hands were trembling and face was stained with tears. "I'm sorry." Haru said and moved away from them, walking into her soulmate's embrace. "No, JIEUN!!" Taeyong yelled as he run towards them, falling onto his knees next to his cousin's lifeless body.

Half an hour later everyone lost their hopes and slowly one by one they started walking away from the body, leaving Hendery sitting alone in the grass, holding his dead soulmate. "N-No, don't leave me please." He stuttered out as he cried on her shoulder.

"We are together in this!!" He yelled out, gripping onto the younger's shirt. It started raining, making both of them drenched.

Hendery let out a sigh and moved away to look at her face. He moved her hair out of her face and left a kiss on her forehead. "It's time to go." He whispered and left her body on the ground, getting up slowly. One step. Two steps. Three steps. "I'm sorry Jieun." Four steps. Five steps.

"I love you." He said and turned around, slowly walking away from the place. The rain suddenly stopped and Sun started shining, lighting up the younger's body.

Her face was pale but she looked peaceful, just as she was sleeping. The wound on her arm dissapeared just as the many bodies littering the ground did. Hendery stopped in his tracks and took one last glance at the body.

"You look stunning as you always did." A tear slipped down his cheek and he joined the rest of the people, standing a few metres away from him.

Yangyang embraced him into a hug and patted his back. "It's okay, she's safe now." They slowly parted ways with the angels and Haru as they made their way back to the castle.

"Hey, have you maybe seen Chenle around?" A female voice spoke up, making Jaemin turn around in his chair to look at her. "Oh no. The last time I've seen him he said he was going to Earth to take care of some business."

"Oh okay, thanks Nana!" She smiled at the other and closed the doors of his room, walking towards her own. She stepped inside but suddenly she heard a voice from behind her. "Hey Lian!!"

"Oh hey Mark!" She smiled at the older and he returned the action. "God wants to speak to you." He said and she nodded her head. "Thank you for notifying me, I'll go meet him immediately."

She said and quickly walked towards one of the main rooms in heaven. "Hello sir, you wanted to talk to me?" Lian smiled and sat down on one of the chairs. The man nodded his head and held his white beard.

"You will be assigned a person to take care of."

"I'm going to be a guardian anGEL??" The girl asked with a wide smile and the older nodded his head. "From now on you are a guardian angel."

"Woah!! Thank you so much sir, I'm so honoured!"

"Chenle will tell you the basics. Things you should and should not do."

"Okay."

"Do you have any questions before you officially become a guardian angel?"

"No sir!"

"Okay. Chenle is waiting in front of the doors and he will show you the person you are watching over."

"Okay, thank you sir. I will go now!" Lian smiled at the man and quickly walked out of the room. "Chenle!!" She yelled upon seeing the male and he smiled at her. "Are you ready?"

"I'm so excited! This is my first time going to Earth!" The boy nodded his head, underatanding the girl's excitement. "Let's go!" He said and both of them teleported to a place near the town.

"First of, you gotta make sure you're invisible to everyone besides angels." Chenle explained and Lian did as told. "Okay, so he should be coming from school around now- Oh there he is!" He exclaimed and pointed to a guy walking with a hand in his pocket and the other holding a phone.

"Isn't that dangerous?" She asked upon seeing him pay no attention to what was happening around him. "Yeah it is, that's why you are going to make him leave his phone."

Chenle said and used telepathy on the boy to change his thoughts and leave his phone in his jacket pocket. "Woah, that's amazing!!" She smiled widely and the other nodded.

"Tell me about him!" She said as they walked after the guy. "He's twenty five and he's in the last year of his uni."

"He's a vampire."

"Oh, do vampires have a guardian angel?" Lian widened her eyes and Chenle nodded. "Take good care of him, he's went through a lot."

"What happened?" Lian asked and Chenle took in a deep breathe. "His parents died when he was young, he also lost his soulmate in a fight against werewolves three years ago." A tear slipped down his cheek but he quickly wiped it away.

"Is something wrong?"

"The girl was my sister." He whispered and Lian's eyes widened. "Oh my god! I'm so sorry I haven't known!" She said and gave him a hug. "His name is Hendery. Take good care of him, he's a good guy." He said and vanished into thin air.

The girl looked around and run after the boy. "Oh wait, Chenle!!" She yelled and the male appeared again next to her. "What is it?"

"Can he see me?"

"If you allow him."

"Oh, thank you."

She walked after the male and a frown formed on her lips as he sat down in front of the forest, leaning his head on a tree. A tear slipped down his cheek and he quickly hid his face into his hands.

Lian quickly walked towards him and tapped on his shoulder. He raised his head to look at her and his body froze at her angelic appearance. She smiled slightly at him and embraced him into a hug.

"Don't cry, it's alright."

"W-Who are you?" He stuttered out and she moved away from the hug. "Oh sorry, I'm Lian, your guardian angel!"
