The doctor told me I'm going to have twins. Cheng bought a house in the town, he said we will live there when the kids are born.

My sister offered to help me take care of them when I give birth. Her husband was not so happy with that but agreed after they had a talk.

I just hope my kids will have a bright future.

I have to go now, we are moving into the house and Cheng is soon coming back to take the other part of things there.

Jieun let out a sigh. "Why the loud sigh?" She could hear her soulmate say and her eyes widened. "Did you just hear me sigh?"

"Yeah."

"OHMYGOD WE ARE HAVING A CONVERSATION!!"

"Yes but not for long."

"WHO ARE YOU?"

No reply. She hit her head on her desk. "Fuck." She slowly put the diary back into the drawer and threw herself on her bed.

She quickly got up and changed into a more comfortable outfit; a gray hoodie and a pair of sweatpants. After she was done she took something from her bag and walked outside towards where she was supposed to meet with Lucas. Upon seeing her he waved at her with a big smile. "Hey Jieun!!"

"Hey Lucas! Thank you for agreeing to take me to the town."

"Anytime." He smiled and crouched down so she could climb onto his back. "Where are we going?" He asked and Jieun thought a bit. "You can drop me off at school, I'll walk the rest of the way."

"Come on, I can take you there." He said and she nodded. "Okay then, I'll tell you where to go when we get to school."

Lucas smiled and started running towards the mentioned place. The run was quiet, none of them said anything. The silence wasn't awkward tho, both of them enjoyed.

"We're here." Lucas said in no time and Jieun jumped off his back. "I actually want to walk there. You can walk with me if you want to." She said and the other smiled. "I'd love to go with you."

And so they started walking. "Where are we going?" Lucas asked after some time and Jieun sighed slightly. "My house." She said and stopped in front of a house. Nobody cut the grass ever since they died and the curtains were closed. The house looked empty, just as it was.

"Jieun!! Come out, you win!!" Her father said as the little girl jumped out from her hideout. "Hahaha, you're so bad at the game dad!!" She laughed happily and her father started chasing after her.

"Come here!!" He yelled after her and after he caught her, he raised her and kissed her forehead.

"Dinner is ready, come eat." Her mom said through the opened window, the sweet aroma reaching her senses.

A tear dropped down her cheek as she remembered her memories with her parents. A frown appeared on Lucas' face upon seeing more and more tears leave her eyes. He quickly moved towards her and hugged her. "It's okay." He said as he patted her back.

"T-Thank you." She said and moved away slightly, smiling at the older. "Let's go inside." Jieun stuttered out and made her way through the tall grass. She fished out the key from her backpack and unlocked the doors. A loud squeak was heard as the doors opened for the first time in fifteen years.

"It's the same as back then." She said as she slowly stepped inside. A cough left her mouth after breathing in the dust. "Is that your parents?" Lucas asked as he pointed at a picture on the wall. "Yeah and this is Taeri's parents!!" She said with a big smile while pointing at another picture.

Lucas nodded his head while standing in front of the doors. "Why don't you come in?" Jieun asked as she made her way upstairs. "Ah, no. I will wait for you here." He said and sat on the small stair at the entrance.

The girl looked at him with confusion but nonethless shrugged and continued her way towards her parents room.

She slowly turned the door knob and opened the doors. Her eyes raked over the place before they landed on a red book on the night stand next to the king sized bed.

She quickly made her way towards it and took it in her hands. She blew at it to move the dust off of it and smiled at the writing on it.

Her head snapped up as she heard people talking outside. Her hands quickly moved and put the book in her backpack. Jieun walked out of the room and closed the doors after her, making her way downstairs towards the entrance.

"Hey Lucas, who are you talking to?" She asked before her eyes fell onto a person standing in front of her. "What are you doing here?"
