It had now been a few months since Hope and Josie started talking. They would text as much as they could all day and then facetime nearly all night which would sometimes lead them both exhausted the next day or they would sleep on the call. They became extremely close and inseparable. Eventually, everyone including the media had realised how close they had become which only lead to rumours about them dating being spread. What made it even worse was the judgemental comments from others who had their nose where it didn't belong.
Josie had finished school and was now in the car with her dad, Lizzie and MG. They were giving MG a ride home which would cause them to get home a bit later which Josie wouldn't of minded if it hadn't been for the fact that it meant she had to wait longer to call Hope. However, she had to admit it was quite fun watching Lizzie and MG interact. MG was so clearly in love with Lizzie and Lizzie knew this yet chose to ignore it. Josie would never understand because she knew Lizzie secretly had a thing for MG even though she wouldn't admit it. Josie was pulled out of her thoughts by Lizzie tapping her and calling her to help make her point.
"Josie, tell him that Tom Holland is the best spiderman"
MG shoots back with "He's the worst, you only like him because he's good looking" which causes a giggle to slip from Josie's mouth earning a dramatic shocked face from Lizzie that screams betrayal all over it.
They eventually take MG home and then arrive back to their own. As soon as Josie enters the houses she enters the kitchen to get a drink and heads upstairs to facetime Hope. Hope takes a few seconds to answer but answers the first time nonetheless. However, as soon as Josie looks at the call she spits out her drink. She always used to think that in movies when they do that it was overdramatic but now she understands, very very well. Hope seems to notice the clearly flustered Josie as she starts to laugh, Josie just stares with her eyes widened. Hope was in the middle of getting dressed. Josie couldn't help but move her eyes across the auburn-haired girl's whole body especially where her bra was that was exposed.
"This show isn't free, I'll be expecting money or a check in an envelope in 3-5 business days Josette" Hope winks to top her flirty comment off, this whole interaction finally bringing Josie back to life. Josie just rolls her eyes and laughs but not forgetting the forever imprinted image of Hope's body in her mind.
After a while Josie finally questions Hope, "Why are you getting dressed?"
"Oh, I'm getting a photoshoot done" Hope then sits down after finishing getting changed and focuses all her attention on Josie.
"I definitely need to see them" Josie gives a cheesy smile to match with her eyes that were admiring Hope and the idea of her doing a photo shoot. After that, they just talked about random things until eventually, Hope had to leave.
Josie decided to go down and actually interact with her family properly for the first time in a while. She finds her sister sitting whilst her dad was cleaning up in the kitchen. To her surprise, the room is completely silent which is not normal since she is usually expecting Lizzie to be talking about something.
"Hi" Josie sits down next to Lizzie cutely and innocently.
"Hey" Lizzie doesn't even take her eyes off her phone at all. Josie decides she won't be getting any of Lizzie's attention with her phone around so she grabs it and hides it in her hands behind her back.
"Josie, seriously, what the hell?" If looks could kill, Josie would definitely be dead right now.
"Come on, we haven't hung out together in ages" Josie uses her extremely effective pout. If Josie were to ask someone to commit murder and use that pout, they would do it.
