Hope's pov

Thursday

When Hope finally woke up, it was around 2 pm.  She muttered a "shit" as she checked the time on her phone before being interrupted by a figure standing by the door.

"I hope you weren't planning on sleeping all through my last full day here" It was Aunt Freya, she was wearing that Mikaelson smirk. Hope had completely forgotten that her Aunts were leaving tomorrow.

Once Hope had finally managed to wake enough up to be able to sit up, she felt an arm wrap around her. "I'm sorry" Hope did feel guilty she missed the majority of her last day with her aunts.

Freya just laughed at her before pushing her up to stand, "Go get ready, we're throwing a party" Hope wore a face of pure horror, which just made Freya roll her eyes, Hope hated socialisation which is exactly what parties entailed.

"Not an actual party Hope, just us" Freya laughed at how quickly Hope's face changed from terrified to relieved.

After that, Hope picked out some clothes and hopped in the shower.

Meanwhile downstairs..

Freya walked downstairs after Hope had finally woken up. "Look what I have" she wore that incredibly well known Mikaelson smirk as she held up a phone, Hope's phone. Everyone else just looked shocked as well as mischievously happy. She walked towards where everyone was sitting and joined them, keeping that same smirk on her face as she stared at the phone screen.

"She has a few texts off of someone named 'cute dork'" laughs and 'oohs' could be heard from everyone as Freya pulled up the messages.

"Oh, that's her friend, Josie," Hayley said the word friend sarcastically to let everyone else know she didn't truly believe it either.

"How about we give her a call? Make sure she's good enough for our little wolf" Klaus let out a chuckle at the end, probably hoping to convince the others he was going to play nice. Everyone gave him questioning looks.

"Well, it would be fun to see the look on Hope's face when she finds out we've talked to her friend" Everyone seemed to agree with Keelin which made Klaus roll his eyes but in a jokingly manner. Freya pressed the facetime button, and they all waited for Josie to answer. It didn't take very long before the brunette popped up on the phone. The look on Josie's face was priceless.

"Uhm hi" Anyone would be able to tell that Josie was a nervous wreck. All of the Mikaelsons could tell, which is why they all chuckled a bit before being told off by Hayley.

"Leave the poor girl alone, anyone would be nervous meeting any of you nevermind all of you at once" Hayley gave a welcoming yet playful smile to Josie but, she couldn't lie, it was amusing seeing how scared the young woman was. Josie returned the smile, feeling a little less frightened.

Freya now faced the screen, giving a questioning look, "So, you're a friend of Hope's?" Once again, she emphasised the word friend, clearly meaning something else. Fortunately for her, Josie was completely oblivious at what she was hinting at. Josie replied with a nod, probably confused with what was going on.

Josie was absolutely terrified, how could she not be when all the Mikaelsons were wearing that same grin, a malicious grin at that. Well, they probably were up to something since Hope wasn't on the screen, probably meaning she had no say in this call being made. That thought actually made her sneer, earning raised eyebrows and questionable looks, off of the rest of the Mikaelsons.

The looks soon passed as she was suddenly being bombarded with questions, "How did you meet our dearest niece?"

Josie took a moment before answering, "She liked one of my Instagram photos and started following me, so I messaged her" a smile forms on the brunette's face as she looks back on the memories. It felt like she and Hope had known each other for years, as cliche as that sounded, but Josie could still remember the day they had actually first talked like it was yesterday.
