A week had gone by, Kaia has been over a lot more now that Claire and her have become dating.

Dean gets his things for going out, "Cas where are my keys to Baby?"

"Uhm check the bowl by the door honey." Cas said from the living room while Dean is by the door.

"They aren't there!" Dean yelled.

"Oh looking for these?" Claire throws Dean the keys.

"Where were they?" Dean asked.

"In the kitchen."

"Thank you Claire Bear!"

"Your welcome mom, can I come with you?"

"Sure I just have to do an err-on."

Claire put her shoes on and they hopped in the impala, they go to the CVS they go out and into the store. They walk by the hair dye, "Mom?"

"Yes?"

"Can I dye red streaks in my hair?"

"Your hair is a beautiful blonde why put color in it?"

"Because I want to try something plus it says temporary."

"No, sorry."

"Okay." Claire didn't bother to show emotion about it because she didn't want to anger Dean.

They walked to were Dean needed, he grabbed a pregnancy test. "Mom why are you grabbing a pregnancy test?"

"Because well when a mom and dad love each other so much." He said sarcastically.

"Okay gross eww!" She covered her ears.

Dean smirked and they walked to the check out counter, "Grab me water please Claire, and you can pick out a drink if you want."

Claire grabbed Dean a water and she grabbed herself a Coke. The cashier lady picked up the test, she looked at Claire.

"Oh that's not for me!" Claire said.

"It really isn't for her, it's for me."

The cashier looked at him weirdly, "I have a female reproductive system and my husband and I think I'm pregnant again."

"Your a guy you can't get pregnant."

Dean then lifted his shirt to reveal the three C-section scars, "each of these are from C-sections."

She then showed a shocked face, "sorry sir, my apologies."

"It's fine I always get weird looks when I tell people I gave birth to all my kids."

Dean payed for the stuff and they went home, they walked through the door and went to the living room.

"Honey I'm home." Dean yells, he sees Cas walk out of the kitchen with Sammy.

"Hey Sammy!" Dean said happily.

"Dean...." Sam began to tear up.

"What's wrong!" Dean panicked seeing his brother on the verge of tears.

"I have cancer."

"WHAT!" Dean screamed.

"I've been taking treatments and stuff, my hair has been falling out so I've been wearing my beanies everyday now."

"How has Gabriel been taking this?"

"We broke up years ago, I haven't been dating anyone."

"Any kids?"

"No...."

"Has it been getting worse?"

"Doctors think so yes."

Dean began to cry, "shit." Dean then began to hug Sammy them both crying.

"Uncle SAMMY!" Garth screamed running to Sam.

"Hey little one!" Sam said picking him up, but becoming very tired from picking him up and sits down on the couch with him in his hands.

"Are you staying for dinner?" Garth asked.

"No, I have to go to the hospital tonight."

"Why?"

"Uncle Sammy is sick, I don't have that much time left..." Sam said crying.

"I CAN HEAL YOU!" Garth said hugging him with a kiss on the cheek.

"Ah all better!" Sam said with a weak smile.

Garth took off his beanie and saw the hair in his hat, "Uncle Sammy your hair!" Garth had a shocked face, and put the beanie back on Sam.

"It's okay Garth, I'm okay."

Garth hugged him again along with a kiss on the cheek again. Jack and Claire came in the room, "Hi Uncle Sam." They both said and sat on the couch on their phones.

"Claire, Jack phones away." Dean said.

They saw Dean had been crying and so was Sam, Cas looked like he was about to break too.

"What's wrong?" Jack asked.

"Uncle Sammy is sick, but I healed him with a kiss and a hug!" Garth spoke still in Sam's arms.

"You can't heal someone with a hug and kiss Garth." Jack said.

"Uncle Sammy said he felt better after I gave him it." Garth began to frown.

"He lied, now what's really wrong?" Jack asked.

"I have cancer." Sam said.

Claire and Jack's faces go shocked and they ran to him and hugged him, "How much longer?" Claire asked crying.

"Three months."

"Three months!! That's too soon!" She began to cry harder.

"It's okay, maybe it will go away and I'll be fine." Sam said with a little smile.

"It better! Because I want you at my wedding!" Claire said.

"Too soon for you thinking about a wedding." Dean said with a little laugh behind his tears.

"Every girl dreams of a wedding at a young age, Mom."

Sammy left an hour later and Dean went into the bathroom to go take his test, he waited for the results with Cas. Claire and Jack walk in the kitchen where Dean and Cas are standing with the stick in Dean's hand.

"What's happening?" Claire asked.

"Waiting to see if I'm pregnant again."

Jack and Claire went over and looked at the stick with them, the timer went off and the results began to come clear.

The results say 'pregnant.' "Great! More kids!" Jack rolled his eyes with frustration.

"I hope it's a girl!" Claire says with excitement.

"NO MORE GIRLS!" Jack said.

"Can't really choose on the gender Jack." Cas said with a laugh.

"Was this kid an accident too?" Jack asked.

"No this kid was actually intentional we actually tried for this one." Dean said.

"So this is the only wanted kid?" Jack said.

"Hey when we found out we were pregnant with all of you we were happy and wanted you guys, we may not of tried for the pregnancies but we wanted you." Dean said angrily.

Jack rolled his eyes and walked out of the kitchen, "I think he's jealous." Claire said.

"Why is that?" Cas asked.

"He doesn't have anyone."

"True."
