The Rough Fight

Sorry for the long wait on this, I hope I don't disappoint.

It's been a few days and Dean finally came back home, Cas was on the couch looking through Dean and his wedding photos. Dean turned the corner to see Cas, Cas ran to him and hugged him.

Dean didn't hug back, still pissed that after he said not to do something basically unraveled all their problems they hid away. "I missed you!" Cas kissed Dean.

"Get off." Dean pushed him off and didn't kiss back, "Dean please!"

"Let me go."
"Dean we can work through our problems please!"
"No, where are the kids."
"Sleeping..."

"I'm taking them tonight."
"No, fucking stop!" Cas grabbed Dean by the wrist as he was trying to walk away.

"I love you, and I'm not letting you go this easy. Just because we have our problems doesn't mean we have to divorce, if you really love me you would work on this with me." Cas sat in silence after that with Dean staring at him.

"Fine." Dean got Cas to let go and he walked upstairs to their bedroom, Cas followed and saw Dean lye on his back.

"Come here." Dean let out, hoping Cas would join and he did.

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't of tried to leave you."
"It's okay." Cas snuggled into Dean's chest.

"So I've been thinking, while you were gone. You were talking about how you want more then six kids right." asked Cas.

"Yes?"
"Do you want another one before we grow to old to carry another?"
"Yes!" Dean got on top of Cas.

"First, did you cheat on me while you left."
"No, no matter how mad I am at you or on the verge of leaving, I would never cheat on you."
"Okay." Cas smiled and took off Dean's shirt.

They got a knock on the door and allowing in, Dean stayed on Cas. "Dad when is, oh hi mom. Never mind mom is here." Jack closed the door and left.

Dean turned back around and messed with Castiel's belt, "Can I try something?" Cas asked.

"Sure." Cas put Dean on the bottom, and grabbed restraints, cuffing Dean's wrists to the bed.

Them both naked and Cas going into Dean, Dean put his legs around Cas' waist as he fucked him. Dean whined as he was fucked, they kind of woke up the kids with bed creaking and Dean.

Jack and Garth went downstairs, Claire and the other twins went downstairs too. Cosmo was still in his crib sleeping in the boys' room. Cas and Dean stayed in there for about an hour. Dean got unlocked from the restraints and walked downstairs in pjs' with Cas.

They sat on the couch and all their kids look at them with scared looks, "What's wrong?"

"ARE YOU TWO EVER NOT HAVING SEX?!" Jack yelled.

Dean and Cas laughed at that, "Sorry just making another kid." Dean mentioned.

"WHY?! You have six kids."
"We want seven." Cas said, although Dean wants ten.
"Oh my gosh." Jack left the room.

Eight months go by and Jack had his baby, Dean did get pregnant but later had a miscarriage due to stress. Dean hasn't wanted to do really anything after the miscarriage, he rarely leaves bed and just sleeps all day.

His family worries for him, Dean wasn't there during Jack's birth and Jack was angry about that. He had a daughter, named her Lia as in the baby Dean named while pregnant with their seventh. Dean hasn't seen the baby let out his own, he doesn't have the energy to feed Cosmo. Cas has to do it using formula, or milk Dean pumps.
