Dean had their sixth child, he was back at the house with his stomach healing. "Cas, can you get Jack?"

"Yea." Cas went upstairs to get Jack for Dean, Jack went down with Cas. Even though it's been a year they still keep him on suicide watch.

  "Want to hold your baby brother?" Dean asked.

  "No." Jack said wanting to head back upstairs.

  "Jack you have to get along with your siblings." Cas said holding his arm stopping him from walking.

  "Can I invite my friends over? Oliver and Macy?"

  "Those are the good ones right?"

  "Yes we have a science project to work on."

  "Okay."

  Jack was then handed his phone so he can text them to come over, they saw it and came over right away. Cas now has his phone back, and up hidden away.

  His friends arrive and they head upstairs and they kick Garth out, they locked the door to keep people out.

  Jack then wanted to make sure he was asexual or not, Oliver pulled out two condoms and gave one to Jack. Macy got undressed along with Oliver and Jack, Macy got on top of Jack while Jack and Oliver were kissing.

  Jack then didn't like having Macy on him, "Macy I don't like this, I don't think women do it for me." Jack said pulling apart from kissing Oliver.

  Macy nodded and got off, Oliver hasn't had his condom on yet. He then flipped Jack around and began to fuck Jack from behind.

  Jack held onto the bedsheets biting his lip, Macy was kissing Oliver.

  Cas walked upstairs to get a towel for Dean, so he could breast feed the newborn which hadn't been named.

  He heard Jack and heard a bed creaking, "uh ah fuck!" Jack moaned.

  Castiel's eyes shot to his door, Cas then ran downstairs with the towel. "Jack and his friends are having a threesome!" Cas said to Dean.

  "What!"

  "At least it's better then drugs."

  "That is true, but a threesome!"

  Dean and Cas didn't like that idea, half and hour goes by and Jack let's his friends out. Jack then walks into the living room and sees his parents not being able to keep eye contact with him.

  "What?" Jack asked.

  "A threesome seriously!" Dean asked.

"You heard us?"

  "No your father heard you."

  Jack then slowly backed away and ran upstairs, Jack goes to bed early not wanting to see his parents at dinner so he slept.

  A week goes by and Jack isn't feeling well, his parents think he's using again. So he was brought to the hospital and further enough he has been clean. "What could be the problem then?" Jack asked holding his stomach.

  "Wait, he could have?" Dean looked at Cas worried.

  "What?" Cas asked Dean from his question.

  "I need to find the doctor." Dean then went in the hallway and found their doctor he told the doctor to do a certain test on Jack in hoping Dean would feel at peace about this.

  The doctor came back in giving Jack a cup and leading him to the bathroom, Cas stood outside to walk him back. Jack came out with the cup, he was then walked back to the room giving the doctor the closed cup.

  The doctor grabbed out a pregnancy stick and put it in, the cup. Jack was confused on why the doctor was using a pregnancy test because he is a boy, he then remembered his mom is a boy.

  The results came out positive Jack was indeed Pregnant, he showed Dean and Cas they then were shocked.

  "Am I pregnant?" Jack asked.

  "Yes." The doctor said.

  "I don't want this baby, let me have an abortion!"

  Dean and Cas shook their heads, the only way he could have one is if his parents agreed.

  Jack then put his hand on his belly, "I did a dumb thing and now I'm paying the price..."

  They finally got home and Jack went to bed, "Should we get an appointment seeing if Garth is a hermaphrodite too?" Dean asked Cas.

"Probably wise because if Jack was born with that like you were there is a possibility Garth did too, and our other one."

"Well our son will be a teenage mom/dad." Dean said.

Morning hit and Cas then plopped on the couch, his face in the couch and just lying there like a dead body. "Cas you good?" Dean asked watching his husband just lye there.

"Yes." He said muffled by the couch, "You know your in a good position for me to fuck you." Dean said.

Cas then sat up, "You aren't fully healed from your surgery Dean, your not going to have sex for a while."

"See I love having these kids but they freaking make me not be able to have sex."

Cas smiled with a laugh and had Dean sit next to him, Jack came down the stairs. "Mom can I have ice cream?"

"It's the morning no."

"Please it's the only thing I'm craving."

"Eat something else, make a sandwich."

Jack rolled his eyes and went into the kitchen, Claire was in the kitchen and saw her brother come in. "Hey Jack you okay?"

"Yea..." The only people who know Jack is pregnant is him and his parents.

Jack then grabbed an ice cream sandwich, and walked out to his parents. "Please can I just have this, it's the only thing I'm craving for. Mom you know these cravings and how they are, please."

Dean looked at Jack, "fine. Only one."

Jack smiled and ate his ice cream sandwich in the kitchen, Claire came out and asked why Jack can eat ice cream in the morning.

Dean and Cas didn't want to tell her, Jack came out and was wondering what was happening.

"Why do you get to eat ice cream in the morning?" Claire asked Jack.

"Uhm well I'm pregnant..."

"You can't.." Claire looked at Dean then at Jack.

"You're like mom aren't you?"

"Yea..."

"Is Garth?"

"We don't know we're booking an appointment." Dean said.
