Hope and Josie finally arrived at the lake house. The July sun was shining and the birds were chirping. It was a beautiful day. When they first arrived the girls basically threw themselves out of the car excited to see their aunts and uncle. They got settled in pretty quick since Rebekah and Freya were the first to arrive.

"How did you guys get in here?" Hope asked curiously, raising an eyebrow as she crossed her arms.

"Well, you know how good I am at lock-picking, and you only had one lock on your door, and I just so happened to have my lock picking kit with me, and--" Rebekah paused when she saw Hope shaking her head. Josie covered her mouth trying not to laugh. "Fine, I'll knock next time." Rebekah tossed her hands up in surrender.

"Alright girls, lets put your things upstairs and--"

Before Josie even had time to finish the plan the two aunts grabbed the girls, running away from the young mother.

"I'll bring back snacks" Rebekah shouted as she laughed along with the girls.

Josie let out a soft sigh, though the corner of her lips couldn't help but tug upwards more and more. She looked up, seeing the sunlight shining through the tree branches, and small opening from the clouds slowing moving away, before taking a deep breath of the fresh morning air.

"Well its just us" Hope said, wrapping one arm around Josie's waist, pulling her closer. "We can do anything we want?" she whispered.

"Anything?" Josie said.

Hope only raised a brow as she saw a small mischievous smile start to appear on Josies lips.

The boat.

It just had to be the stupid boat ride that Josie was most looking forward to.

Did Hope want to take advantage of their time alone to have some sex?

Yes.

Did Hope want to lay together naked and cuddle close as they talk about anything and everything?

Also yes.

Did she at least want to skinny dip in their private lake house, a good distance away civilization?

Yes, yes, yes. Everything running through her mind, that she would do to Josie, what she was looking forward to, things that since the girls were born didn't have the luxury of doing unless they were alone were things she craved, dreamed about, missed about  wanting to do to Josie.

But a boat ride.

No, not even a boat ride, more like floating away in the middle of the lake as the small waves rocked the boat just a bit. If Jack and Rose were both on the door raft then they would be floating around like Hope and Josie would be doing at the moment.

"At least on of us aren't freezing to death" Hope said under breath, as the thought began to play in her head.

Josie only turned her head slight turned Hope, trying to hear what Hope had mumbled. But Hope only shook her head.

"Nothing" Hope said a little loud, stopping her rowing.

"What" Josie laughed. "I thought you loved taking the boat out into the lake and just, relax" Joise said, fixing the pilllows on the small boat to make is comfortable for the two of them.

Hope didn't hesitate moving into josies arms as soon as she opened them to her. She laid on top of the young mother, wrapping her arms around her, hugging her close. Josie's heart beat, the only thing Hope could hear, focusing on every beat. Slow, and gentle. Calm, just like the waters.
