Parties? No. That couldn't be it.
Drugs? No. I highly doubt it.
Drinks? No. He wouldn't do that while I was there.
Yet what was this mysterious plan he had for tonight.
I don't know if I am really prepared.
Why? you ask? Well I'm just a girl who stays and home and reads on a Friday night.
And no. I've never experienced going out with a perfect guy. Not even a regular guy. So, how should I react?
He said to me to dress warm yet casual. So it couldn't be anything bad.
Would it?
Nerves. Yes the nerves I had at school. They had refilled my body sending me chills throughout.
As he instructed I put on something casual and picked out his jacket to go on top.
I didn't want to leave without it because. Hey. I'm addicted to the scent.
Dreadful thoughts entered into my mind.
What if he is using you?
What if he doesn't show?
What if you will be the person who they laugh at when you arrive?
No. No is the answer.
His bad boy style doesn't mean he could do that to a lady. Well... He could be a player. And, he could be a no show. But we shouldn't let these thoughts enter our heads. We have to remain strong.
A knock was all it took to make my heart jump all around my chest.
Me, being clumsy, Yet jittery flew through the open hallway trying to collect my cool as I walked towards the door.
As I opened the door I took In his appearance. Meeting with his hazel eyes, then to see a warm smile come to his face.
"Sorry to interrupt you and you staring but. Do you have some black sunglasses?" He asked me leaning his body against the door frame.
"Yes I do. Um. Come in and sit out of the cold while I go get them." I smiled while motioning him to come in.
"Alright. That is fine by me." his voice low causing me to have cold chills.
There he was. Back faced me sitting on the couch.
"Uh. Here you go." handing him the sunglasses.
"Oh no. Those are for you to wear." he smirked.
"Oh. But it's nighttime." confusion was spread out across my face.
"Exactly." he smiled walking slowly towards me.
I began to shake. His body nearly touching mine.
"Ready?" He back away.
I only sighed nodding. Following him out locking the door behind us.
He reached out his arm showing the vains popping out. He opened the door. As I smiled thanking him I slipped inside.
It was a nice car. Heater working well since it is freezing outside.
He slightly turned the radio up reviling Thinking out Loud.
I watched as he hummed along to the song. Tapping his thumb against the steering wheel. He looked over catching me staring. I thought he was going to make a comment but he simply smiled and continued to stare at the road ahead.
My heart started to beat fast as we pulled off the highway to a small brick house.
He simple looked over eyes meeting and said "put on the sunglasses." Winking.
So, I obeyed. Feelings in my stomach growing stronger as he came to let me out.
As we walked I saw him peek just through the corners of his eyes to see me shivering.
He made the decision to wrap his arm around me and yanked me in close to his strong, yet warm body.
I was startled. Why? Because of this sudden decision to talk to me, and especially showing this affections towards me.
I smelled a sweet scent on him. Hm. Weed perhaps?
I frowned at the thought. No. Don't think these things Scotland.
"Do you smoke weed?" I kind of blurted out without thinking.
"What was that?" He asked not catching what I said.
"Oh. Nothing. It was a dumb question." I'm frowned looking down at my feet.
He nods leading me to a door.
A familiar face showed up. Ahhh the lovely Gavin.
"Oh hello guys."
His eyes was bloodshot. Oh no. I feel like this won't end well.
Parties? Yes.
Drugs? Yes.
Drinks? Mhm. Yep.
Why did I get involved?
"So. Revenge will be great tonight." Hudie whispered in my ear as we entered the smoke filled house.
"Huh? No." I firmly stood in my exact spot.
"What do you mean no?" His eyebrows furry with frustration.
"I don't want any part in this." I walked towards the door.
I looked back and did not see anyone standing there anymore.
"Well. My thoughts won this round" I spoke ask I dialed the number the cab company.
