Laughter. So much laughter in one night that your stomach hurts all throughout the night

Our get together was nice.

We went to Gavin's house and sat around the bonfire.

We talked about childhood stories, how we hate school and all the teachers. and just shared funny moments with eachother.

Yeah there were some beer involved but not to much. I'd say about two each.

This was the night when I've tried my first drink. And I kinda liked it.

I walked into to my first class of the day and found that Hudie wasn't there.

"Hey where's Hudie?"

"I dunno. Probably stayed home."

"Oh.."

Just then he walked in.

He came to sit down and his eyes were bloodshot. I was so disappointed.

"What the heck." I looked at him.

"What?"

"Your eyes. You've been smoking."

"Yeah. So?"

"You don't need to do that."

"Look Scotland. Just because I'm being nice to you and letting you hang out with me doesn't mean you can boss me around. I can handle crap by myself. So if you are wanting to control my life and my decisions become my mom."

I pretty sure I looked like an idiot. Jaw open slightly brushing the floor. I couldn't say anything to him.

I thought he was different then people said he was.. But they were right.

Pain. it's caused by that feeling you have when all your heart bursts into little tiny pieces. And you're left lifeless laying on the ground.

It was the end of the day and I was waiting in the car rider line waiting for my mom.

"Scotland i.." Hudie came up and began.

"No Hudie. Whatever you are doing just stop. I'm tired. I thought the "bad boy" was different from the rumors I heard about you. but I was wrong! Stupid little shy Scotland was wrong. you probably knew from the moment your eyes look into mine that you had a plan to ruin me. But you aren't going to. I'm much stronger than what you think I am." I said trying to prevent the tears from falling from my face.

"Scotland I didn't mean those things back there."

"Just save it. goodbye. my ride is here." I walked away not giving him the chance to speak up again.

When I got up to my room I called the person that I had to... Gavin.

"Hello?"

"Hey Gavin. I need you to meet me at the park on 70."

"Why?"

"Bring the goods. Come alone."

"Hmm you've seem to change Miss I'm little miss perfect."

"Just shut up and hurry."

High. Not the kind of high you think of when you are on a really tall roller coaster. High is a sense of relief. Somewhat a sense of happiness.

"What the heck are you two doing!" That angel like voice came out of nowhere.

"Relax bro. Me and scot here are just chilling. Having some fun." Gavin said smiling

"Yeah c'mon why don't you join us silly." I giggled.

"No. Scotland come on you are leaving." His voice low and deep.

"Aw but I wanna stay here. With Gavieeeeee." I pouted.

He grabbed my arm and dragged me along me waving goodbye to Gavin.

"What are thinking about?" I rubbed his arm.

He was just staring out the windshield.

"Nothing. Look. You can't go home. Your parents would kill you. so I'm taking you to my house. I'll let them know." he said not looking at me.

"Why'd you get so mad for? You do it all the time. Why can't i?" I said confused.

"Because Scotland. I don't want you to get hurt. I couldn't live with myself if you did." he finally looked over at me.

The butterflies in my stomach went crazy as his fingers intertwined with mine. My eyes went wide.

I heard him let out a small chuckle as we pulled into a driveway to a big house.

"Whoa! This is your house?" I was shocked.

"Yes ma'am." He chuckled.

"Oh and I will text your mom In a bit." He helped me out of the car.

He walked me to the front door and up the steps.

"Can I see your phone?" He leaned up against the door frame.

I handed it to him and looked around his room.

Wow. It's neat in here. It not messy as I thought every boys room was.

"Here put these on." he said throwing a pair of shorts and a baggy T-shirt on his bed.

I slid them on and stared at him.

"Stop staring that's weird." He pulled his shirt over his head.

I tried to look away. I really did but his body was perfect.

Dreaming. I have been thinking to myself. Am I really awake? Or is he all just a dream?
