A Week later.
Renesmee and I were sitting on the couch. Wearing out pj’s. Watching our mother and father play chest. She looked over at me. “Sissy. I’m really bored.”
I smiled. “What do you want to do?”
“Can we go to the park? Please!” She pouted out her lip while batting her eyes at me.
I looked over at our parents. I nodded. “Better that saying here. But go get dressed.” I smiled.
“Okay!” She raced up the stairs. I ran up the stair and went to my room. I went thru my clothes. I picked black jeans and a red tee shirt. And pulled on my boots and grabbed my leather jacket as I went out the door. I knocked on Renesmee door. “Come in.” I walked in she was trying to pick which dress to wear. “The blue or purple?” She asked.
“Umm…the purple.” I smiled.
“Okay!” She quickly got dressed. She grabbed my hand. “Are we going to have a picnic?” Renny looked up at me.
“Yep.” I said happily.
“Well let’s go pack it.” She said heading to the kitchen.
“Already done.” I smiled.
Renny giggled. “I love you power!” I grabbed the basket of the counter.
“Mom! Dad! Renny and I are going on a picnic at the park!” I yelled.
“Be careful!” Mother yelled back
“We will!” Renny and I said together.
“Sasha! Do you have your cell phone?” Asked dad.
“Yes!”
“We love you!” Mom and dad said together.
“We love you to!” Renny and I said in allusion as we went out the door.
“What did you pack?” Renny asked.
“Two apples, two cookies, two orange sodas, two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. And….” I paused
“And what!” She said happily.
“And strawberry and ice cream!”
“Yay!! Ice cream!!!” She danced around, which made me laugh. “I like you freeze power! It keeps ice cream cold and frozen!” We laughed and made jokes all the way to the park. We set the blanket on the ground and set out the food.
“May we join you?” Said a Alec. I froze in my spot not wanting to move.
I looked up to see the guard of the volturi. Alec, Jane, Demetri and Felix. My Uncle Emmett told me more about the Volturi. They are murders. I don’t trust them, even though they let my family live. I bit my lip, but nodded. I so wasn’t in the mood to pick a fight with the vampire today. Renesmee lend into me
Why are they here? Renny asked
I don’t know. I said
Are they going to hurt us? She asked
Renesmee! I don’t know! I can’t read minds! I glanced at her.
The four of them took a seat. As I watch them closely. Oh they might be here to kill us! What are we going to do? I thought, but my twin heard everything I was thinking. Crap!
