CHAPTER FIFTEEN

The concert had begun, and the atmosphere wasfull of splendor. Since the first piece of music played, the young musicians had shown how talented they were with their instruments, for which the audience applauded them.

The Angel had been placed on top and emitted a brightness that seemed to change to the rhythm ofthe plays performed. I felt the beauty flowing in the room in a way I could never imagine. I think we were all blessed, to be able to witness this concert. The music, the musicians, each musical instrument, the director, the audience and the hall, everything was in perfect harmony. I imagined trying to contain this moment with all its details in my mind.

As the concert progressed, the masterful interpretation of works by Mozart, Brahms,Beethoven, and Liszt greatly moved the audience. From every point of view, it was an event that would be remembered for a long time. Particularly, I feltvery happy for the Christmas songs: "Silent night","O come all ye faithful", "A spotless rose" were songs that my grandmother liked and always sang them at these holidays.

Almost three hours had passed until the last piece, the Hallelujah of the Messiah, was played. At the beginning of the music, I heard the voice of the Angel in my mind: "The time has come for my departure".

This news, although expected, startled my heart. I looked up to see his figure. In that instant, he disappeared.

"Go to the exhibition room of "The Messenger of the Lord", again I listen to his voice.

Quickly, I got up and walked towards the room obeying his order. When I arrived, the Angel was standing in front of the drawing, shining with a golden aura that conveyed solemnity. I approached him without knowing what to say. He looked at me and his eyes shone with an indescribable light, but of total tranquility.

"You are a source of light now. Your expertise is recognized, appreciated and needed. The light of love and kindness will flow through what you do. Many thirsty ones for the light that gives life willseek that source through your work. People are like little ones that require care and guidance from theSource. You have done well to recognize your need for guidance as you looked up in search of it. This is my message to you, which you must remember and take to others: You should never be ashamed of your need for guidance, for only those who seek light are those who receive it from Source. Who believes to have the truth is who is further away from it. The ignorance of their blindness, which does not allow them to see the light of the Source, is the root of their false certainty. They run after what they believe life is, and in the end the true life is hidden from them, so they must travel the same road again, like blind people walking in a labyrinth. Avoid retaining and rather, deliver the light. For the more light you give, the more abundance the Source will place on you, so that you can go through your life. Those who look up asking for help with only words, never receive an answer. The Source already dwells in their hearts, but they obstinately silence it and prevent it from flowing and show them the answer. This is the true blindness. Whoever tries to see the truth with his eyes, closes the eyes of the heart that are the only ones that can see the light that comes from the Source. No one is more blind than one who cannot see with the heart; he denies the heritage of Source that tries to be reborn in him. Look with appreciation and you will see everything as it really is. Appreciation  is the path through which the love  of Source flows. There is only one rule: Appreciation. There is only one energy that creates life: Love. What you see with your eyes, and what you think is knowledge, is nothing but an illusion. Keep looking with the eyes of the heart and the truth will appear before you. Reach the wisdom who sees the Source dwelling in the heart and becomes one with it. Look at the happiness, and it will be light that will bring abundance and life. Whenever you have a dilemma, you will know that you can have help from above. The messenger of the Source is always attentive to your call ," he said, and his words echoed in my mind and in my heart.

"I never asked your name," I said hoping he would not leave yet, "You did not tell me either,"

The golden halo that he emitted increased the intensity of its brightness. He looked at me and his eyes seemed to smile.

"I am Hana-el," he said, and his glow became so intense that it blurred his figure. Then it was reduced in size until it had the same appearance as it appeared before me for the first time in my bedroom. Slowly his light moved into the drawing until it penetrated in and disappeared of my sight.
