Spells: ice dragon roar, ice dragon wings(he can make fake dragon wings out of ice for a certain amount of time) ice dragon claw (covers hands in claws of ice to attack) ice dragon tail attack (like natsu wing attack but the ice version of that)

Other: gray's cousin, he grew up on a village where no one used magic and when natsu's team came for a mission he was able to convince himself to use magic infront of his family who though he couldn't use magic. He met blizzaria when he was lost, and she raised him until she disappeared, she was kind and sweet but also protective, after her disappearance miyukis real parents found him and took him home
