Had to make one and I had a friend make some fanart of my character too ^^)
Facts about bowe: When the Warner's were trapped in the tower they decided to make another one to try and tame them, it didn't work and a certain accident happened that gave bowe her scar, she can barely see out of that eye, she used to wear a blue dress and a bow on her ear, but after the accident she couldn't stand dressing how they want, she tucked her long hair into her hat, placed the bow on it and wore a sweater. They locked her in the vault with all the Warner cartoons were, when they went to check on her (when the Warner's were escaping) she escaped and eventually ran into the Warner's
She also has a crush on wakko
