Beauty and the Builder- A Gally Fanfic

Chapter 5- Bens not right.

He just stood there for a second, his veins turning from green to blue every time he inhaled. His fists were clenched and he was breathing heavily. "It's all your fault."

Without any time for me to counter-react, he leaped onto Thomas and attacked him. He was clawing and thrashing out whilst Thomas was trying to hold him off. He kept saying things under his breath like "You did this to us." and "Wicked." 

Thomas' P.O.V

He was lying on top of me, half pinning me down and with his other hand punching and clawing at my face. He was impossibly strong I guess that comes from all the time he spent as a builder. I yelled at Elizabeth to run and save herself but she just sat there with a blank expression on her face. 

I managed to wiggle out of Ben's grip and tripped him as he stood, stalling him for a minute. There was no time to think, so I just ran. I ran as fast as I could towards the gardens, shouting and slightly stumbling as I went.

Elizabeth's P.O.V

Wicked. The word I found in the box, there had to be some correlation. Although it was spelt differently, I'm sure there was some connection. Wicked what are you? "Remember Elizabeth, Wicked is good." The trees of the forest turned to black.

Newt's P.O.V

Out of the corner of my eye, I spotted Thomas running at full speed out of the dead-heads, with Ben following closely behind. Thomas tripped and Ben fell on top of him, thrashing and throwing punches left, right and centre. I jumped down from my tree and ran towards the gardens where Thomas had fell. I picked up Zart's shovel on the way and smacked Ben over the head with it. Everyone came rushing over. "He's been stung." Alby announced.

"What? In the middle of the day?" Gally asked, he looked as if he was about to cry. I know Ben is Gally's best friend but I didn't know he cared about him this much. "Where in the shuck is Elizabeth?"

He turned and picked up Thomas by his shirt. He was about to activate his infamous 'rage' mode but he stopped and dropped him, then ran off into the deadheads.

Gally's P.O.V

I hope she isn't dead. She can't be dead. Please don't let her be dead! Everything was running through my mind as I was running through the forest. I checked just about everywhere, I even ran past the graves. 

I finally found her lying lifeless on the ground near the mound of fertilizer. I picked her up and carried her to the homestead.

It was horrible sitting in the homestead, Ben's screams from the changing were blood-curdling. I hope I didn't scream I would have looked like such a wuss but I was told I didn't even open my mouth, all I did was cry.

Later on, Minho came in to check on her, I told him what the med-jacks told me That we didn't know if she was going to make it or not, that we had no clue what had happened to her. That Thomas is gonna pay for not protecting her.

Minho's P.O.V

To lighten the mood, Chuck challenged me to an animal themed pun contest.

"Do you have the right Koala-fications?"

"You're koala-fications are Ir-elephant!" I replied.

"I'm not listening, I think you're lion..."

"You're un-bear-able!"

"You're making my voice horse."

"Chuck, when have you even had a good pun. Don't worry owl wait!"

"Ouch! Hawk-ward."

"I'm out of here you're giraffing me crazy!"

"Alpaca your things."

"Let Minho when you get there!"

"Wait, Minho you're not an animal!"

"What do you expect? I just made them up on the fly..."

"What a shuckface..." and with that we headed to dinner.

A/N

Hey everyone. This chapter was cool to write, I kinda managed to squeeze just about everyone's point of view in there didn't I. Oh, well, I hope it wasn't confusing. The love will hopefully come in the next chapter or so and I know a few of you are probably looking forward to it. Also the pun contest. DAYUM!
