For a little over half a month Izuku has been staying in his room or somewhere on top of a building and so we start with Izuku on a random building listening to a song through his headphones

As the song finishes he can all the people he's ever consumed screaming to let them out and is now talking severely depressed

Izuku: why won't they just shut up?

As they continue on he jumps off and glides his way back to the infected apartment and back into his room and try's to fall asleep but he can't as all the voices are causing such discourse he can't fall asleep but a couple of hours later stain opens up his door

Stain: the hell are you doing kid!

Izuku: Stain! You're still here!?

Stain: your father was able to make a deal about me staying here as long as you're not causing any damage. So what the hell are you doing!?

Izuku moves around his bed to then sit on it instead of laying down

Izuku: I've just been thinking about stuff

Stain: kid you do know you need sleep sometimes right?

Izuku: I know it's just

Stain: just nothing! I was told that if you don't have any type of sleep for weeks that bio-mass becomes sentient and wants to leave you. So get some sleep!! And after that meet me at that underground training place

Izuku looks down in shame of himself that he can't do something as basic as getting some proper sleep

Izuku: yeah

Stain closes his door and walks off to then see Jacob

Jacob: how's the kid?

Stain: worse then I thought he obviously hasn't slept since that outbursts whatever had caused it

Jacob: yeah it's been hard since me and Alex have to be doing constant interviews and I'm sure Izuku is having a hard time actually dealing with what he did and what he was trying to prevent

Stain: well later on I'm going to train with Izuku so if you can bring Alex to that training basement place

Jacob: well how much later?

Stain: in about 7 hours

/// Timeskip to 7 hours later with stain waiting somewhere else and Izuku getting no sleep at all but just before that stain ask a sam a scientist a question ///

Stain: hello there

Sam: umm hello so you're stain that person strong enough to take down Izuku with no training?

Stain: I've had no training with the infection but I'm a master with my swords

Sam: yes I suppose you are. So what did you wanted?

Stain: I wanted to know why the infected haven't well infected other people so I figured that one of you scientist should be able to answer me

Sam: oh yes we'll the first couple of months that we first arrived to Japan me and other scientist were working on how to isolate a certain strand of the infection that infects people and so obviously we were successful just about everyone here has been changed to not infect others except you and Izuku Mercer
