Nobody's pov
The next day Layla was still upset and missed Chris. She would cry and scream at the boys over nothing but then felt bad about it. Eventually she cried her self to sleep while Bryan called Chris to tell him what's going on.
Chris's pov
B kept telling me all of this and I felt really bad, I just wish I was there but she doesn't know why I'm actually here. I decided Layla needed to get away from the house so I went to my moms 1. She needed me and 2. Me and her were planning something.
Layla's pov
I knew I shouldn't have been yelling and been rude to uncle Bryan and the boys but I couldn't help it, and now he's on the phone with daddy and I feel really bad but also scared. The last time this happened was with my old parents and foster care but I don't think daddy would do that....right?
3 days later
Chris's pov
"Babygirl? I'm home where are you?!" I see all the boys on the couch but no Layla. I looked at their faces and they all looked, nervous? "Where is she?" "Uhhh shes in her room but she won't come out and she keeps crying" Bryan said "she also said she's not leaving until you get back" I sighed as I ran upstairs."Layla, baby I'm back and I'm coming in okay" I heard muffled sobbing coming from her room so I walked is and sure enough there she was, curled into a ball crying and wearing my hoodie! Awww! Anyways I walked up to her and pulled her onto the lap and hugged her while she cried. "Baby it's okay I'm back and I'm not mad at you. I promise! But I have a surprise for you and you need to pack okay?!" O-okay. I'm so-sorry. I just miss-ed you and I f-fee-el bad for yelling! Please do-don't hurt m-e-me." That broke my heart. The last sentence why would I ever hurt her! "Baby I'm not going to hurt you okay and I get it. The boys aren't mad and neither am I okay! There's nothing to worry about I promise!! But come on we're going on a trip and you'll have fun!!" "Okay da-daddy" she hugged me and wiped her tears while we packed.
