Cain's POV (Cain Milano Marquis)

"You've been so occupied the moment we got here. Is something bothering you?" Smith asked.

I'm standing in front of the huge window in front of me and staring down at the building and houses. I'm inside my penthouse.

"I can't wait to see her. " I said.

"I thought so. Good news, Cain. The Pauli Inc. cancelled the meeting tomorrow afternoon. So we can go home by 7am. We'll be in time for the evening party tomorrow in New York."

Napalingon ako kay Smith.

"Cancel my 5am meeting with Oslo. Tell captain that I want to go back to New York now." I said.

"Cain it's only 9pm. Don't you want to rest----"

"I said now." I said with a serious tone.

"O-of course."

I look at him until he went out of my penthouse. I immediately went to my room and got my two Luggage bags and my leather hand bag.

I want to see Ava right now. I know she's still wondering why she's at my house.

*Flashback*

The flight attendant opened the aircraft door in front of me. Immediately went down as I saw Mr. Mendes' car. As I went down, I saw my body guards and my Lamborghini Veneno car.

"Prepare the car. We'll go to my mansion right away " I told them.

I walked towards Mr. Mendes. I saw him carrying Ava on his arms. She's unconscious.

"Good evening." I greeted.

"Take care of my granddaughter. We trust you, Marquis."

"Don't worry, she's in good hands." I answered.

I went to him to take Ava and carried her.

"Update us anything. "

"She's your problem now. Good luck with her "

"I'll take good care of her. I'll let you know if everything goes wrong, but I assure you I can handle her." I said.

"Excuse us, It's late  and she needs to rest."

I walked  towards my car.

"Sir let me help---"

"Hands off." I said with a warning voice.

They immediately opened the door and I carefully went inside. I fixed Ava's position so she could lay well. I laid her head on my lap.

"Let's go." I said to the driver.

I looked down to stare at her. She's so beautiful. I can't take my off her already.

"Hmmm...." She started to move a bit.

She started to open her eyes and she saw me.

"Daddy..." She said unconsciously.

"Ava---"

I wasn't able to finish when she lost her conscious again. 

*End of flashback*

The doors in the elevator closed. I saw my clear reflection.

I'm coming home now, Ava. Wait for me.

Ava's POV

Oh my gosh I'm so bored. I can't believe I'm only here for one day and I'm so so bored. Bakit hindi nalang nila ako pinatay? I should be shopping at Dubai right now.
