Her Smile

She couldn't grasp her sanity, and she kept trying to push the pain away.  But her pour soul couldn't fight anymore, and quickly everything she loved escaped her shaking hands. The light in her heart grew dim, but not the light in her smile.

Her mind was dead, her heart was shattered, and her body had scars that made her feel insecure, yet her smile never disappeared.  Her smile was her mask, her disguise, and her cry for help.

No one noticed though, no one helped, no one cared, and day by day her hope faded. She'd lay in her room, surrounded my pain, and allow her walls to break down. It was almost like her routine, and she did it every day. On the outside though, she never stopped smiling.

Then, the madness crept slowly. She was loved by so many yet she felt so lonely. Then her mind snapped, her body gave up on her, and the light in her heart was gone. The smile she'd wear everyday left her lips.  The rope around her neck would help her escape this nightmare, slowly, she swallowed her last breath and closed her eyes.

Hey guys! Thanks for reading this, if you liked it...Could you vote for it or comment?  I'd like to know if anyone wants me to continue making poetry! I wrote this in like seven minutes so it's not that good.  In all seriousness, suicide is not the way to solve problems. If you need to talk, I'm here for you.  Don't be shy, I accept everyone no matter what. <3 :)

 Again, thanks for reading! <3
