chapter one

back story:
i was adopted by tony stark 10 years ago when i was 7. my mom had died and my dad was an abusive alcoholic who could mot raise me. So, Tony decided to take me in. I'm seventeen now and have become great friends with avengers. It is a little sad being around full grown adults and never kids my age. I need therapy Tony says because of the abuse. Apparently all the memories are repressed but show up in how I act or when I have PTSD. Because of this, I'm also homeschooled just to make things easier. Being a teenager and living with no teens and almost no way of seeing anyone my age sucks. Everything changed the day Peter showed up.

*takes place in tony's house & the avengers hq place from endgame lolz except tony is alive and no ones gone😀

Present:
I woke up and immediately ran out to the kitchen to see Morgan and Dad.
"Gooooooood morning guys!" I sat down at the island.
"Well you're up early." Dad looked at me funny. "Is this about Peter?"
"What ahahha why would it- yes." I laughed and poked around at my breakfast dad made.
"Well I suppose you could come with me to hq to meet him." He smiled. I jumped up and ran into his arms.
"Yes!! Thank you dad!" I ran back up to my room to get dressed and do some light makeup so I don't look like I just woke up.

"Y/n let's go!" dad yelled up to me.
"coming." i responded. i headed down double checking I looked alright in my mirror.

We sat in the car heading to hq. It was pretty hot out and the fresh air smelled nice. I loved going on drives with my dad. I also love calling him dad. Some people think it's weird since I was adopted pretty old, and my biological dad is still around. However, I prefer Tony any day. Being able to call him dad is a blessing. I'm extremely lucky to have him in my life and all the avengers. When I was younger my mom helped me through so much, and all the trauma. Losing her, I lost myself in a way. Meeting Tony and becoming part of his family is the best thing to ever happen to me. It's the little things he does like cooking breakfast or just going for a drive that makes me feel so lucky.
