I awoke to hear noises outside, groaning. "Fuck sake! Dwight; we have some more zombies outside" no answer, I assumed he was still asleep. I looked outside to see how many, and what type of zombies.
Only three walkers, "This will be like yesterday" I said to myself, feeling confidant I grabbed my machete and headed towards the front door, just as I reached the door; I stopped and realized something.
Dwight's stuff was gone, his weapon and his backpack, "The bastard left with out me! again!".
"I do hope he brings back food this time; no useless trash" I packed a bottle of water, medic pack and a cheese sandwich.
I unlocked the door and headed out, then I remembered the walkers I heard a few moments ago, "Oh fuck, I forgot" I jumped up a wall, and started my morning search, but what should I search for? my brother or supplies?
"If I was Dwight, where would I go? not to east; too dangerous. Maybe to the west?" I sat on a roof scanning around, to see any movement or to figure out where he had gone.
"If we didn't lose those walky talky, we wouldn't have this damn problem!"
I decided not to moan, I got up and headed forward, we needed supplies, Dwight would have to wait.
I guess I was pissed because he abandoned me again, I hoped he had a good reason this time.
The time was fourteen minuets past seven, I had over ten hours before the light dies, enough time to get supplies and the try and find my brother, I waited outside the front door until the zombies walked past, just as they got out of sight and then climbed up to the roof.
Jumping from roof to roof, seeing the zombies on the ground; I just hoped I wouldn't fall. I soon saw another park-our jumper, Michelle Swanely, a very pretty but deadly girl. I rarely see her so I tried to catch up with her, just to say hello; if I could keep up.
"Hey, Michelle; slow down a minute!" I yelled but no answer, ever she didn't hear me or she doesn't care. jumping from building to building, going into one house to the next, feeling the wind blow on my face, the blood rushing through my vanes; this indeed was exciting even though one wrong move could mean death. I didn't care, I managed to catch up with her and yelled out again.
She stops and turns round, and I slow down, "Hey it's nice to see you again" she said, widely smiling, before I could say anything back, a blank I was standing on broke and I fell suddenly.
Michelle quickly grabbed my hand, stopping me from falling,"I'll pull you up!".
"I'll take your word for it!".
Zombies soon appeared under my feet, looking hungry, Michelle used all her strength to pull me up to safety.
I put my feet up against the wall and pushed myself up. "Almost there" I then grabbed the ledge and pulled myself up, Michelle fell over, I rolled onto the roof top, panting, "Holy shit that was close" I said with a small chuckle, I turned my head to see if she was okay, she was; thank god.
"So, how are you?" I asked while lying on the roof top, both of us trying to catch our breath. Michelle chuckled and playfully hit me.
"Well; Jonathon was doing great until you showed up. I have enough supplies to keep my mother and little sister happy. Where's your brother Dwight?".
"The bastard left without me again, so I'm looking for supplies myself"
"Such a brave boy" she chuckled, she got up and then helped me up, Michelle said we should stick together, I agreed and then park our the way forward.
