Ava and I were in the restroom i was looking around for a second and i saw Ava looking toward the wall. " Mom." She mumbled under her breath she was having a panic attack but I had no idea what to do. I called Katie and she came bursting in and started patting Ava on the back I was behind Katie crying and then Ava got up took a deep breath and ran over to me. She hugged me and I started to cry. "Katie how did you know what do do?" Ava asked Katie. Katie looked at her and said " I have panic attacks too so does your mon." Ava came over and hugged Katie and me. " thanks Katie." Ava said. "Anytime." Katie said. When Katie walked out i looked at Ava and said " Okay i am so glad that you are ok."
