Alexa and Katie.

going to church

Ok so turns out Katie has had the stomach flu for 5 weeks um..when i had it I had it for 3 weeks. My phone went off it was Jen she said " wake Katie up tell her to take her meds." I don't like waking Katie up she hates mornings and she screams at me if i try to wake her up. While I was waking her up i tripped over the bed and woke her up and said " Katie take your meds and you can go back to sleep." She got up and said " okay I am gonna go grab my meds and then come back up here." When she came back up she layed down on the couch beside me and asked " Are you feeling better?" I looked at her and said " yeah i am felling a lot more better." Katie looked at me and said " next time we go to a party we are not staying out that late." I closed my eyes and drifted off sleeping. The next morning Katie and i went to church with Spencer because he invited us to go with him. I had a good time just listening to worship music and praying for an hour. I decided to talk to the whole church and said " hi my name is Alexa Mendoza and to be honest after everything that i went through when i was 14 to now God has helped me ever since i got diagnosed with cancer." Everyone was clapping and that made me smile and Katie whispered " You did great." After church a good friend of mine asked me " you had cancer?" I looked down and said " yeah I did."
