Well today I have a therapy appointment to go to with Katie which of course is going to be the worst day ever. During school today gwenny Thompson asked me if I was okay I looked at her and shook my head yes as an I didn't care what she was saying. During a therapy appointment my therapist asked me if I was okay and how my anxiety was. I told her my anxiety was fine and I wasn't freaking out I was not getting anxious at all and I wasn't having panic attacks so I was fine. I got the stress toy from the counter because I was stressed about something but I didn't know what it was. After my therapy appointment I did go home to hang out with Ava and all the kids which course included Katie and Spencer. Katie was a wreck because she was mad at Aiden and I was kind of mad at Spencer only for a few reasons turns out a lot of them made no sense.
