Good evening everyone. Happy holidays to you all!! and I welcome you to my new story "Case Closed. The CELTs case" a fic loaded with the best: mystery, love, dark pasts, a touching love story, untold secrets and a beautiful letter towards reconciliation and forgiveness, since we are in a time where spending it with friends and family is very important. Here I leave you the prologue, I hope you like it, a big hug and happy holidays to everyone!

ATTENTION! The following story you are about to read is a nonprofit fan fic that is just to entertain those Case Closed fans looking for a good time. The reproduction rights, characterization of the characters do not belong to me, but to the great Gosho Aoyama, creator of the series and I hope he can continue writing for many more years (Will his work surpass the  spiderman  by Stan Lee in number of years? Anyway, be that as it may, Case Closed is already within the Olympus of the best comics in history) We begin!

9:00 p.m. Thursday - Professor Agase's house. District 2. Block 22. City of Beika (Tokyo)

That night, before everything started, the professor and Ai were preparing to have dinner. It was not much for the few cooking skills they had, but they made a good meal consisting of: salmon with rice and salad. Ai was a woman who liked to keep herself on a diet, part of her knowledge comes from the light meals she had been eating since her stay in the United States before joining the development team in the organization.

The opposite was Agase, he and healthy food did not get along very well. He was a little tired of his goddaughter forcing him to eat the same food every night. He sighed when he remembered the times he went to the ramen restaurant on the corner, they served such great noodles that just thinking about it made the poor professor's stomach grow, so every night was the same litany

-Ai, I'm sick of eating vegetables. -Why don't we leave it for this time and go to the restaurant on the corner to get some good ramen? - he said between pleading and hope.

Ai continued to eat his vegetables so quietly, that when he heard the words of the professor his head vein swelled up a little, it was always the same excuse, even above that I worry about the Ungrateful One! She took a breath to try not to cause even more conflict and said calmly.

-Professor, I have told you a lot of times, you are on a diet, and you can't eat anything else but vegetables or fish," he said in a calm voice, "A ramen would endanger your health as soon as you start eating the second cup.

-Come on, come on Ai. Don't exaggerate. It's just one day," said the teacher, pretending that the whole discussion was exaggerated, "then with a little exercise it goes down, all under control.

- You have no idea how many calories a ramen has, do you?" he said with a threatening voice, staring at the poor professor, now frightened by the words he had just said. "Come on! Stop complaining and let's go.

Agase began to cry exaggerating the situation a lot and for a moment she thought "I feel sorry for the husband who touches her, he is not worth any, she would need one who is very patient with her and puts up with her complaints of a bossy mother, otherwise I see an impending divorce around the corner" She looks at the plate, swallows it and before she could taste a bite of salmon, saved by the bell. They ring the bell.

Their glances went to the back door in surprise and Agase got up, surprised that he was expecting visitors at that hour. Conan had been in the house yesterday to try out the new gadgets updates and had not organized any meetings with the junior detective league, so who could it be?

-How strange, who could it be at this hour of the night, and with what is falling," he asked strangely approaching the door. When he opens it, he is surprised to see a boy standing in front of him who would be about Conan and Ai's age, wearing a dark blue raincoat and tight blue jeans, without an umbrella and soaked from head to toe. The teacher almost gave him something when he saw him like that, he was going to invite him in, but then the boy looked up with a tired smile at the teacher.

-Good evening, I'm sorry to bother you at this time of night, but is there a young lady called Shiho Miyano staying here?

-It was the only thing that escaped the teacher's mouth as he quickly blinked his eyes through the lens. "Did that kid just say what I think he said?"

-He was interrupted by the voice of AI in the background in the kitchen.

The child listened to the voice and his smile was quite animated, it seemed that the voice recognized it and seemed to feel satisfied; instead the poor teacher was paralyzed in his place. He knew the identity of his goddaughter. "Who the hell is this kid? Ai never told me that she had siblings or relatives so young. There is only one answer, this child is a member of the organization, but then...they will have already discovered the effects of the poison and have come for Ai. Shit, what am I going to do now?"

I was about to say something that would try to deny everything about Shiho Miyano, when the worst was feared as Ai appeared behind him in anger. Agase ,who continued to watch the child, was surprised to see his face light up as soon as Ai appeared from nowhere; but he still did not notice the child.

-Ai looks at the terrified face of the teacher and sees that he is signaling with his gaze towards the drenched boy who was in front of her, she looks at the boy with surprise when she sees him all soaked, but immediately I notice a certain familiarity in him, she gathers her eyes a little trying to clear her mind "This boy..." but to her surprise, that mysterious boy answered.

-Hello Shiho, it's been a while," said the boy with a slight whisper. "Don't you recognize me?

The child's eyes and Ai's are connected, a series of flashes appeared in the girl's mind: A rainy day on a terrace while the drops hit her hair creating a feeling of euphoria; emergency stairs in an unknown place where she shared her place with a boy older than her who smiled at her for no reason and an empty airport, sad, without the presence of who else was waiting... All of them were memories that she thought she had buried in the depths of her heart and now they had returned to her life to disturb her, like that boy who was standing in front of her at that very moment. "It can't be" she thought paralyzed and reacted shaking on the spot with her eyes wide open.

-Ryouri-kun...- whispered the name of the grieving child, as the room fell into an uncomfortable silence.

It continues in the first chapter: Memories of an impossible love.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME...

When I was very young, I really liked Digimon, Sonic X; but Case Closed curiously scared me for three reasons:

1. The melody that plays while Conan investigates the crime scene, that's why I was so scary and got under the bed every time my mind remembered the melody.

2. How the characters were designed. I remember that the last chapter I saw when I was a child was about a kidnapping, they had kidnapped an old man (they characterized him in such a strange way that I was afraid of it) and every time they put the image I was stunned.

3. The murders. I don't know the motive, but I used to be more afraid of cartoon murders, rather than the movies themselves.

Time passed, I grew up and half a year ago I saw myself again Case Closed to overcome that fear and I'm not so afraid of him and the funny thing is, today I still watch it and follow the manga, besides it is one of my favorite anime series

What a thing life is, isn't it?

Thank you very much for reading this first chapter, it was quite short, but I hope you liked it and we will see you in the next issue. A hug to everyone.
