No One Mourns The Wicked

The Doctor's POV
I woke up. I was groggy. Then everything that had happened yesterday came flooding back to me. I smiled and patted the other side of the bed feeling for Rose.
She wasn't there.
I shot out of bed and suspected the worst. Maybe she had been taken from me again. Then I found a piece of paper on the floor. It read.

Dear Doctor,
Don't worry if you wake up before I get back that means I am still in the shower or getting dressed. No cause for distress my love I will be back as soon as I can.

Rose
I breathed a sigh of relief and decided to take a shower. I let the cool water run down my body as I thought about last night. I finally had her. My Rose. I could have her forever. I couldn't believe that my theory was correct. She could stay with me forever. I smiled at this thought as I got out of the shower and got dressed.

She hadn't returned yet... I was starting to worry. I told myself to stop. I mean she was probably eating breakfast or was in the console room. Nothing to worry about. I needed to look for her. I opened the door to the room I was in and started roaming the halls. I knew my TARDIS would lead me to her so I just walked. I was lead yo the kitchen where Rose sat eating some toast. I smiled at her.
"Goof Morning sunshine," I said. She returned my good morning with a half hearted smile. Oh no. She wasn't having second thoughts was she?
"Why so glum sweetheart?" I asked nervously. She stared at me for a minute then spoke.
"Darling, I have some things to tell you," she said. Oh no that was NEVER a good thing for a woman to say to you. She ripped my from my thoughts as she spoke again.
"Ok first off I looked up The Master on the TARDIS computer data base this morning. And second I overheard your conversation with him yesterday. I'm really sorry I was just curios. Also I know he's a bad man but I think he deserves another chance!" She explained timidly. I can't let him get away this time. I have to explain to her.
"Rose if we let him go he will do something else and it will be bad. I have given him chance after chance I hope that he would change. If you hadn't realized, he has NEVER changed. He NEVER will. Do you understand? We must do this," I explain. She looks hurt. I hope she understands what I'm saying. She nods her eyes on the floor.
"Okay, I understand. I'm gonna go grab something in my room." She says sadly, as she practically sprints away. I disappointed her. This has to be done though no matter what.
