Confrontation

The Doctor's POV
7:00 am (depending on the timezone)
I stayed up all night (as I usually do) to try and figure out how to tell Rose that I loved her. I tried a million ways, and I finally found my way. I would wait until this evening. Then, I would wing it.

12 hours later. After an awkward day with the two people. (Still The Doctor's POV)

I could feel it. It was time to talk to her. "Rose, can I talk to you for a bit?" I called to her. She came in front of me and nodded. I patted the spot next to me on the couch I was sitting on. She sat down. I had forgotten how wonderful it was to be near her. I let her warmth and beauty bear upon me for a minute. Then I started to talk. "Rose I bet you are wondering why you survived that bullet wound right?" She nodded her head. "I shall tell you then. You Rose, are immortal." She looked at me her eyes practically popping from her gorgeous head. "I know it seems crazy, but I'm afraid that it's true. Now with immortality comes great responsibility. You have to know how to make yourself blend in. How to make no one question if they have seen you before. Basically, you have to know how to hide. I've had to learn that over the course of my life, and I've gotten pretty good at it. If you want you can stay with me and I could teach you." She smiled her radiant smile and spoke for the first time since I started the conversation. "Yes, I think I would like that very much. Also, I presume I can't go back to my family?" I nodded and said. "I'm afraid not. Even if the TARDIS could get you back without destroying the universe, you would be a dangerous thing to your family. Although, you can call them, text them, and Skype with them." She nodded her head. I saw a hint of sadness in her eyes. I couldn't really blame her though. I spoke to her again. "You know, umm well we could be a family, you and me." I could feel the heat rushing up to my face. She looked at me long and hard then she finally asked. "What's that supposed to mean?" I took a deep breath and said it. "Rose Tyler, I have been meaning to tell you this for a long time. Then we got cut off so while I still can I must say. Rose Tyler, I love you. Do you still love me to?" She looked at me for a moment, then she grabbed my face and pulled me to her lips for a kiss. It was brilliant. Our lips moved in perfect rhythm. Passion coming from both of us. I could feel a groan coming from my throat, and I did nothing to stop it. She smiled at this and then started pulling off my coat. I let her as I pulled down the zipper of her jacket. Both coats were on the floor and my tie was on the side of my head when we pulled away. She looked at me. "Not here." She whispered and she pulled me down the halls into one of the spare rooms.
