Uraraka saw Mei and Deku in a suggestive position and thought that they were dating. Later realising that she was wrong, she realised that there was a possibility that Izuku had a girlfriend and immediately fell into depression.

Uraraka POV:

"Hey Uraraka! Whatcha doing?!"
I lifted my head from my desk and looked at the person standing in front of me. Oh, it was Mina. Thank goodness.
"OH MY GOD! WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?!"
Huh? I don't look that bad do I?! I could barely get any sleep yesterday because I kept thinking about Deku's girlfriend!
"Hey Mina. I don't look that bad do I?"
I lifted my head more and looked at my reflection in the window.
"Oh no! I look really bad!"
"Girl, what happened to you?!"
She sounded concerned.
Maybe this is my chance. If I tell her what happened then maybe she could give me some advice and hopefully help me get over it.
"Well... can I talk to you in private?"
She looked worried but confused.
"Sure but is it something personal?"
"It's more of a girl problem..."
I fiddled with my fingers and averted her eyes.
Her pupils sparkled.
"In that case let me round up the squad!"
Huh? The squad?

And that's how me and all of the girls in our class ended up in Yaoyorozu's bedroom. We, and by that I mean they, decided that it would be best to meet up at her house since we'd have the most privacy there.
"So Uraraka! What's up?!"
Mina looked eager to hear about my problem and the other girls looked excited too. All of them were giving me encouraging looks.
I took a deep breath and started to explain what happened. First thing's first, I need to tell them about me liking Deku.
"So you see... I kinda have a crush..."
"WHAT?!" All of them shouted at my face.
They all started to throw questions at me like WHO?! SINCE WHEN?! and WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL US SOONER?!
"Alright, guys! Enough with the questions! Just let me explain!" That quieted them down.
I looked to make sure they were all quiet and then proceeded with a sigh.
"I... have a crush... on... Deku..."
"*Gasp*"
"EEEEEEEEEEEEE!"
What the heck?! How can they be this loud?!
But I'm glad they didn't judge me for it.
"Since when?!" Hagakure asked.
"Since a while back. I don't know exactly when my feelings developed." I answered with a deep blush on my face.
"How far have you gone with him?!"
Mina asked with a suggestive look.
"Mina!" She got scolded by Yaoyorozu.
"Alright, sorry! But seriously, have you confessed yet?"
"What?! Of course not!"
