5. Unexpected Encounter

Previously:
Izuku hid the marks, went to school and discovered that he had a surprise test. While using his braver half, he ended up in a situation where he was fighting Bakuhoe and NEARLY won. When he came home, he had to explain the bruises to worried Inko. Now, it is the next day at school.

Time skip ~| Next day - At school
Izuku POV:
Just keep walking,

*Riiiinnnnggggg*
SHIT! NEARLY THERE!

I burst open the classroom doors and-
"Midoriya, you're late."

I was crying on the inside. If only I woke up earlier, if only I set my damn alarm, if only I didn't fall asleep yesterday!
Maybe this wouldn't be happening to me right now!

Turns out that I ended up oversleeping yesterday and worst of all is that I didn't set my alarm cause I was convinced that it would only be a 'short nap'. Yeah right.

"S-Sorry Mr A-Aizawa, I overslept." I swear his glare could penetrate my soul.

"I'll let you off just this once since I actually have some exciting news to share with you all. Though don't expect me to be this nice the next time this happens."

...D-Did I... just get out of there alive?
I don't know what type of luck is on my side but I hope it never goes away.

I made my way to my seat just in time as Mr Aizawa began announcing the 'exciting news'.

"Today's lesson will be a little different, there will be three faculty members keeping tabs on you - Me, All Might and one other."

Straight away people started muttering about why and what they were gonna do.
"This will be rescue training so we'll be taking a bus to an off campus training facility. There, you will be dealing with all sorts of natural disasters."

Once again, like every teenage class, everyone started talking and getting hyped. Barely paying attention to what Aizawa was saying.

"LET ME FINISH." Instantly the class quieted down. Damn, that man is scary.
"You will get to choose what you wear for this. You can either wear your costumes or your PE clothes, the choice is yours."

An off campus training facility?! I wonder what it's gonna be like! He said natural disasters so will they be simulations? Who's the third faculty member he mentioned? I hope it's an awesome pro hero!

"Uh...Deku?" Oh, I must've been muttering again, I need to get rid of that habit.

"Sorry Uraraka, I was muttering again wasn't I?"

"It's okay! So are you gonna wear your costume?" I don't think that question is even worth asking. The answer is pretty obvious.

"Yeah I am, what about you?" Y'know, asking them just to be nice when you already know the answer.

"I am too! We better go get changed now, I'm so excited!"

At that point I just hummed a reply.

Izuku's costume is the same except he doesn't have the mask anymore or any references to All Might.]

Time skip ~| At the U.S.J.
We just stepped out of the bus and WOW! I can't believe my eyes! This place is amazing!
Though the name could use some work, I think Kaminari made a joke about Universal Studios Japan on the bus.

And is that Thirteen?! I didn't really expect them to be here but I guess it makes sense with them being a rescue hero and all.

I couldn't help but notice that All Might wasn't here, I wonder what happened. Just kidding, I know all about All Might's secret since he offered to give me his quirk a while back. I rejected him, there's no way I'm gonna use someone else's strengths to become the No. 1 hero! I wanna reach the top on my own through my own strengths. I don't wanna take the easy way out. (What Izuku should've said)
